Great stay. Property in a great location within walking distance to most of town

Very clean, well appointed and close to everything! We had a car, but you could walk, if needed. Also, try the honey shop down the road- amazing!!

This property was perfect for!! The owner was sooo accommodating in terms of check-in/check-out. We had a family of remote workers for a couple of days of the trip and she was very accommodating. Beds and furniture was so comfortable and we loved the patio spaces.
Love the art and decor throughout and had plenty of room for all of us to spread out. Had EVERYTHING we needed throughout the property for the perfect stay.
Will definitely be back.

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this condo. It is perfect for a family or four girlfriends who were celebrating entering law school 44 years ago. The decorations are a delight-art, statues, all lovely touches. Kitchen ver good and stocked well. Incredible location-walkable to the Railyard-don’t miss the farmers’ market there, as well as down town. We’ll never stay anywhere else in Santa Fe.

This was the perfect place for 3 sisters and 2 friends to have a girls' getaway! The location was perfect for getting to the Plaza area. The property managers were very responsive and helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

We really enjoyed staying here. It was a very spacious place to stay for our family of five. The courtyard was a nice bonus for relaxing outside. The home is also very close to downtown. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location!! Adorable place, decorated very cute. Plenty of towels. Great outside spaces, it had 3 really nice patio areas. Parking!!! We walked to the farmers market. The location was just great! We were 5 minutes away from everything we wanted to do. A few things could be improved, the water filter on the fridge needed replacing, the comforter on the bed upstairs was leaking feathers everywhere and needs replacing, the tiny feathers got up our noses and all over our stuff. We had to buy trash bags and toilet paper. The downstairs “bedroom” doesn’t have a door and the only bathroom that’s on the same level is a half bath. We would stay here again.

We have state at this house twice now, it is in a fantastic location. We walked to the railyards, the square, and my brothers’. The house has great balcony areas to enjoy the scenery. We love this house.

We loved our stay. We had very clear communication from the owner, everything was very clean and in good order. It was also very easy to walk to the railyard and surrounding areas.

We had a wonderful stay in our VRBO. We are a family of 5 (three twenty somethings). The home was very large. Kitchen had all we needed. Plenty of towels. 10 min walk to Railyard and 20 min to historic Santa Fe. We highly recommend this home!

We enjoyed our stay here a lot. Lots of room for everyone (kids and adults) to sleep comfortably and a spacious family room. The kitchen is well stocked and easy to cook in. The location is about half a mile from the Plaza, just fyi.

The property was just as described with lots of cute decor and great location to go to many places around Santa Fe. The Condo was a bit confusing to find at first with the multiple gates. The parking was not the best when your party has two cars. Very limited space. The beds were not the most confortable. Be prepared when staying here. Overall a nice place to stay as the location was the main reason for this stay.

Had a really nice stay at this property. It was very clean and well appointed. The complex itself was very quiet but the road behind the property was very noisy. Bring some ear plugs for sleeping. That really is my only complaint. The rest was very nice and I've stayed at many a vrbo!

What a beautiful and convenient location for our friends visit. A beautiful patios to enjoy your morning coffee and pastry. The one on the second floor outside of the master bedroom was great for a glass of wine at the end of the day after visiting all the wonderful sites around SF. Hope to get back again one day soon friends from all over… Puerto Rico, Virginia, Washington DC and Colorado! Thanks for sharing your beautiful place with us.

This is a great spot - close to the Railyard district and very short drive/bike to the Plaza. My kids walked home from La Choza restaurant one evening while husband and I finished our beverage (they’re preteen/teen). Place itself was comfortable with a nice back deck situation for dinner. Parking is tight but we only had one vehicle which helped. Upstairs has primary bedroom with king and private bathroom; second bedroom upstairs has two twin beds. Laundry is also upstairs. Downstairs is a room (studio-like - no door but a privacy screen) with twin and trundle and living room sofa converts to sleeper. Recommend!

This house is perfectly located. It is a quick 5 minute from the rail yard and farmer’s market and an easy 15 minute walk to downtown. It is spacious, accommodating, and nicely decorated. We plan to stay here a lot!

Fantastic home in ideal location
Our whole party absolutely loved this spot. It’s only about a 20 min walk to downtown and very close to many natural grocers and the farmers market. Lots of space both inside and out. The patio was fantastic with great furniture that made it a nice place to hang out after long day in the heat. Felt very private and the neighbors were nice as well!

Great condo short walk to Farmers market
This was a perfect spot for our five-day trip to Santa Fe. The house had everything we needed and was conveniently located for walking to the Railyard district and downtown Santa Fe. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time walking to downtown, shopping, going to the farmers market, and then returning to this lovely condo to entertain family and rest for the next Santa Fe adventure. Highly recommend this spacious condo!

I loved my stay at this home! The property was so nice and clean. The owner was kind and accommodating overall. I am from LA so the noise from traffic did not bother my sleep at all. My parents thought the house was beautiful. I do have a warning, not a HUGE issue just to take notice:
The parking is a really tight fit and street parking is a block away. This was not an issue just a slight inconvenience.
Also none of the bedrooms or bathrooms have a lock which again since I am from LA I feel more secure if I could lock the bedroom door I am in. Again not a huge issue but I do prefer privacy.

Spacious Condo
Location (close to railyard district) and size of condo good, with nice outdoor spaces, and easy parking. Street traffic noise quite loud into the evening...used white noise app we had on phone to compensate. Property manager very responsive/helpful.
