great location convenient to cruise ship port, grocery store, shops and eateries within walking distance. 704 had everything my sister and i needed for an enjoyable stay

Close to a bunch of good dining options. Tiki bar super fun and great food/drinks. Beach guy was helpful with umbrella and chairs. $10 per. We used the chairs in closet and they were fine. Will stay again!

We took a long weekend stay, and it was great! Comfortable bed, beautiful views, and the location was perfect.

This is the second time we stayed here and enjoyed it just as much as the first time. The owner (Ed) is great to communicate with and so nice. Can’t wait to return!

Everything was just as expected. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Food at the Tiki Bar and restaurant was very good. Communication with the owner was great!

Stayed on the property about six times and needs Some TLC we think and others said. I’m sure you have read this many times from other VRBO vacationers , but with Covid and hard to find workers guess it will stay the same for now

My sister and I had a very nice stay at this condo. The location was perfect and right on the beach. The owner of the condo was quick to respond to questions leading up to our trip, as well as when the WiFi was having issues during our stay. It was corrected as quickly as he could with AT&T. Regarding the WiFi, if you are intending to work remotely, this might not be the best spot. WiFi was slow, even after being corrected. For us, it was fine. We were on vacation and shouldn't be on our devices anyway! But if you have to work, you will struggle. The condo was exactly as shown in the pictures. It's very 80's and could use an update, however it was clean, comfortable & convenient. Due to the humidity, there is a condensation problem, but they have signs posted in the unit asking you not leave the doors open with the a/c running. A fair request to cut down on the condensation. This is a condo owned by a private party. Ocean Manor also functions as a hotel, but you really don't interact with hotel staff. That said, we did go down to the basement for the laundry machines and interacted with some of the housekeeping staff. Only one was remotely friendly. This is not a reflection on the condo owner, but is directed at Ocean Manor as a hotel property. Many of your housekeeping employees are unfriendly, or just plain rude. Overall, the condo had everything we needed and a beautiful view of the ocean. I would stay there again. The owner was great to work with.

Was pleased with our stay here. This property could use some updating, but over all we liked it. Owner needs to fix the balcony door a little bit easier to open. Very hard on us seniors. We would stay here again and recommend it to others.

We loved everything about our stay! Ed was wonderful to deal with and the condo was perfect! The views are amazing and the tiki bar and pool were great. We will definitely be back! Thanks so much, Ed, for everything!

The location and the beach are excellent. The pool is good and the Tiki hut has good food. We had a great time.

Variety of food available onsite, friendly staff, extra cleaning available, very accommodating owner, laundry available onsite. We used Uber or Lyft, no need to pay for parking. Grocery store a couple blocks away, also used Grub hub, etc

The tiki bar and bamboo cafe had great drinks and food. Many restaurants and stores in walking distance. Ed was very efficient with communicating our stay. We had beautiful views of the ocean!

The apartment was exactly as advertised! Furnishings are dated but functional and comfortable. The bed firm and comfortable, the shower strong and invigorating and great direct access to the pool and beach. The owner communicated with us in advance of our stay and on the day of check-in. Overall this was a five star value!

We had perfect weather which made our stay even better. The unit is comfy and the view is priceless. Communication with host was A++. Had some issues with the internet but we spent so much time at the beach, tiki bar and pool it wasn't an issue. Host responded very quickly to internet issue and gave us a credit for inconvenience. He also let us check out later which was so helpful since we had an evening flight back home. I would definately stay here again!

Awesome condo, stayed just for the weekend, but had a great time..we loved watching sun rise right from the balcony. Will definitely recommend to our friends and family and we will want to come bacm for a longer stay:-)

Clean one bedroom condo in a location with lots of stores and restaurants. The view of the ocean from the balcony is the gem of this unit. The owner was very helpful and responded to our messages very quickly.

Beautiful sunrise views. The pool hours are a little confusing (or someone forgot to open it). Building could use some updates as it was built in the 1960s.

Perfect get away! Ed is very responsive! We love this location! Nothing better than watching the sunrise from your balcony. We will be back again.

We really enjoyed our vacation and loved the ocean view. The only thing I would suggest is for the owner to put a TV in the bedroom, but other than that, it was a great place to stay.

This unit was clean and perfectly located. The owner was easy to communicate with. The bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again .

The whole process was simple. We only rented for 5 days but wished we could have stayed the whole week. We rotated between beach days and pool days. The on-site tiki bar had great drinks and good food. The condo had everything we needed for our stay at the beach.

Condo could use a little TLC and updating but can’t beat the location! Close to all amenities and car wasn’t necessary for us. Had no issues with arrival or during our stay.

Very clean, great location, property manager sent clear instructions, the view was amazing, the room looks just like the listing pics. Would highly recommend!
