Came for a girls with my daughter and nieces. Enjoyed the space and convenience. Unit had 2 1/2 bathrooms which helped. Rooms were clean and comfoRtable. Had a small issue with 3rd bedroom but was rectified quickly with help of Helena and Lucinda. Who are GREAT .! Walking distance to everything no car needed Right across the beach with breath taking views from both decks. The decks are stunning ! Restaurant downstairs is great and great taco spot down the street next to news cafe. TVs in every room although we didn’t watch anything. Busy at beach and restaurants convenient stores next Helena is helpful and great Would stay here again !

We had a great time. Perfect location. Helena was very responsive and helpful. Will definitely go back when we return to Miami.

Penthouse had plenty of space and the deck was the best view to watch sun rise and set. Helena was a gem and a wonderful person. She provided information as well as helped our group with Check In/Out during the late-night hours. We would definitely stay here again!

First thing they told us was wear shoes on deck or you'll get splinters! Place is really dirty, crap everywhere, no towels, dirt everywhere, washer was broke, fire alarm broke and missing detectors, should have paid extra for a hotel.

This was a great location for our family with the beach and park right across the street and all kinds of restaurants nearby within walking distance. The property was clean and the manager was easily accessible and very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend this property!

Apartment was in great location across from Lummus Park and was exactly as advertised. Very spacious and comfortable for our family of four. Two decks ! with ocean and city views were highlights. Both Lucinda and Helena were very responsive and checkin was seamless. Highly recommend for a great family stay near all that South Beach has to offer!

Fantastic accommodations; location; property manager and vibe! We had a wonderful time! Will be returning here when we come back to South Beach!

Starting with... nobody check us in and nobody check us out, they just told me that they left the keys on the table without any further instructions or recommendations, everything was organized but nothing was clean at all!! The toilets were yellow with something I think was urine! There were huge roaches coming down from the curtains and on the terraces they came out at night! I could give details of how dirty it was but it would never end, finally they did not refund my full deposit with the excuse that I brought a dog!! And even send me pictures of what they said it's dog hair OMG!!!! I do not owne any kind of pet even my children are allergic to dogs and I have medical records! This is ridiculous!! I never take a dog there!!! It's ok keep my money but this administration has to be a joke how can they lie like that way! shameless. Be careful if you decide to stay here.....

This wonderfully large, 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath penthouse apartment is great. The building is beautiful. The location can’t be beat, and watching the sun rise from the large living room deck is the best!! The kitchen is well stocked and we cooked breakfast every morning. Cross the street and you are at the beach. Helena, who checks you in, is the best!! Our family would stay here again, most definitely!!

Amazing apartment- Loved how big it was and how much space we had. The private patio was perfect to enjoy breakfast and end the night. We even had a washer dryer in the place.

I would definitely recommend this place and I already booked the penthouse for my next trip down. very comfortable with lots of space in the BEST LOCATION

The owner and onsite manager were wonderful people to work with. The unit was very spacious and comfortable. The bar downstairs was fun. Wish we had more time to spend exploring the area. Parking was the only negative but that's to be expected with prime real estate.

The view was awesome and the space was large. Really enjoyed the the proximity to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Will return again on my next visit price was right also.

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. We couldnt ask for more. There were 8 of us and there was plenty of room. The outdoor patio was awesome. Thank you Lucinda and Helena for making us feel like welcome guests We will definitely stay here the next time we are in south beach
