The apartment was not very clean and most of the evenings there was sewer smell. It is also quite noisy.

Although the location was so close to LX Factory, it was actually very quiet at night. The bed in the main bedroom was comfy but the sheets didn’t fit and we had to redo the bed every night.

The apartment was very oddly set out and felt claustrophobic. There wasn’t a washing machine would would have been good. The apartment smelt strongly of cigarettes throughout the stay including the bedding which was unpleasant.

Having a kitchenette was great. location was perfect - next LX Factory and Lisboa Congress center - VERY convenient. Public transportation (Calvario station), supermarket (Lidl) and great restaurant (O Mercado) only a few steps away. Terrace was also very nice.

A bit noisy, but it didn't really matter. All the benefits largely compensate :) A bit far from the city center if you are a tourist, BUT if you need to attend a meeting in LCC it is the perfect location.

Inside the apartment is nice, renovated and clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful. It is very close to LX factory that has lots of nice restaurants and also walking distance from the congress center.

The outside of the building/entrance is very old and because it’s very close to LX factory and the bridge, plus being on the ground floor, it’s very noisy at night and you can hear the trains passing all night.

Great location and value. Great restaurants just 25 meters away.
