the place was very bright and clean

- the neighborhood is very, very sketchy (really, really bad) lots of people drinking on the streets, lots of men on the streets on your way to the apartment I did not feel save. - my flight was delayed, the car rental took a long time and I didn’t have internet to contact the host. I arrived 3h late and the host yelled at me so badly, I thought I would have to go out into that horrific neighborhood at midnight to find a hotel, I got very scared. - the towels were washed without using any kind of detergent and they stunk badly. we had to buy detergent and wash them first before using them again.

In terms of the general location, it was beside the first stop for tram 28E which is good. Nice bakery near by and a basic supermarket.

In order to access the building, the area to pass through was dirty and smelly and we did not feel safe. The Apartment is on the 4th floor with no lift, narrow wooden stairs, no air getting into the stairwell so hot and no air conditioning, only 1 fan in the apartment.

Friendly and quickly available staff. Lively location at Martim Moniz. The kitchen is very well equipped, you could easily make your own dinner if not interested in the nice restaurants close by.

Everything was fine.

Clean, well supplied

Top floor, four flights of stairs that does not show when you are booking. Rowdy, drunken people outside. Not good for single woman to rent.

Perfect location, simple accommodation but fully adequate (except for the kitchen).

Kitchen not equipped for real cooking (eg only 2 saucepans, both with broken handles). Also stripped of anything left by previous tenants - we even had to buy salt and dishwashing liquid. It would have been helpful to be told to leave the taxi at Hotel Mundial, rather than just Placa Martim Moniz (which is huge).

The location is very close to the waterfront (10 minutes walk) and the city center. There is a large square around the corner and plenty of restaurants. The apartment itself is very nice and cozy.

The apartment is located in a narrow back alley which doesn't feel very safe, especially after dark. The alley is dirty and some people use it as a toilet.

Location, view, kitchen, quietness. Staff person at check in, provided all necessary details.

Even if very central location, there are unpleasant people in.the neighbourhood. Apartment pretty hard to find since GPS gives location in front of the building but the entrance is in fact on the street in the back. Hard to get to the 4th floor on stairs with the luggage. Parking in zone not easy at all.
