No outlets by the bed the shower was difficult to operate The one restaurant that was open was not good. The tuna steak and chicken were not fresh and over cooked which is surprising at a 5star hotel so close to the ocean. And the rose espumante was flat. It was disappointing.

I would say the working our for spa is short

Our room had a beautiful sunrise view. We ate at the bar each night and António was excellent. The roof with 360 views was the perfect end of day experience. We chose this hotel for its location and it did not disappoint.

We like everything. The staff were dry friendly

Lovely location, view and quite large rooms with decent facility's such as a grand shower and bathtub. Breakfast was more then expected with extremely helpfull staff.

Staff was a bit harsh on a guest that was with us and had no intention to stay, only for 15 minutes. There's a 24 hours roomservice however the prices and ratio in regards of what you get is quite pricey. 35 euro for 2 small portion of fries, a burger and a tosta mista. The positive part is that you can order using a tablet and it's quite easy.

Everything is just cool. Thank you. The staff is excellent, the breakfast is super, the spa is mega cool.

The staff were very helpful, there was a confusion over the date and they worked hard to resolve this so we could stay. Much appreciated.

we have stayed at the property before. and find the location, design, views, superb it suits us perfectly It will be our go to hotel in future in Lisbon

Breakfast variety could be improved. I found it quite basic. Would have been great to use it's concept of the rooms in breakfast area and offer foods from around the world..in a creative set up.

A beautiful hotel in a great location our room was huge, stylish, and so comfy with loads of light. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The spa is amazing, a were our treatments

Nothing it was amazing

Excellent location. Beautiful river views and very convenient for the museums of Belem. Very kind and helpful staff. Everything about the hotel is smart and stylish. Breakfast was absolutely first class with loads of healthy choices.

Bedroom lighting system ridiculously complicated. Black granite bathroom was very very dark. Need a few more healthy meal options on the bar menu.

Big, comfortable, modern rooms. Amazing view. Very helpful staff. And a definite improvement in their breakfast (we stayed there 3 times, the last time the breakfast was amazing too) It’s our favorite hotel in Lisbon now.

sometimes the Hotel is the destination!

The breakfast was amazing. The hotel is within walking distance to the Belem Tower and Monument to the Discoveries.

Buffet Breakfast was excellent, truly yummy and very ample. The beds and linens were wonderful, and the view and comfort of the room was outstanding- except for the coffee makers (sorry, but what a shock). But the spa services were excellent, the location and hotel staff are superb & the therma spa area is a wonderful bonus.

Edit two days later: **Charged my card 400+ euros, two days -after- checkout. I had already paid in full.** They put a hold on my charge card, as hotels do and then charged me two different (correct) amounts on the day I left: but then two days later (when most guests might not even be in the area) they charged the combined amount again - almost 500 euros. Huge Red flag: They clearly do not erase guests’ card information, nor clear any holds on their guests’ cards - after already charging them. While the hotel was nice (some of the therma spa areas did not work, and the walls are thin but the breakfast is very good, and so are the rooms) - but I wouldn’t give them a credit card, as they are now attempting to make the situation -more- difficult for me. My bank asked for email verification that this is what occurred so that I will receive the money back ASAP; but the hotel will not comply. Therefore leaving me days, maybe even weeks, without the funds back, if at all. The hotel continues to claim it’s probably my mistake, even after sending bank statements. They are one of those hotels that hope you believe they are five star - then victimize their guests after checkout, when it is clear their system (or staff) made a serious mistake. (previous comments:Extremely loud coffee maker, that is difficult to work. (Go back to drip or get quieter machines.) Put up curtains, that one can close in front of the bathroom: if desired. Fix the spa shower in the therma spa, with hot water somewhere - lack of a pool, jacuzzi or even shower with hot water in the spa/pool area, in February, truly sullied the spa experience.)
