Établissement très sale. Je suis arrivé à 1h00 du matin. J avais pas le choix de dormir en utilisant mes vêtements comme draps pour ne pas dormir sur la saleté. J ai quitté tout de suite le lendemain sans me faire rembourser le reste du séjour. J ai aussi tôt pris un autre hôtel avec vous le empire hôtel Lisbonne ou j étais très bien accueilli

Que había olor en la habitación, no se si serían las alfombras o humedad.

Boa localização, parada de metro em frente ao hotel,que era limpo, confortável e muito agradável.

A falta de um banheiro privativo, mas o compartilhado era grande e limpo.

Too expensive for what it was. Very difficult to make keypad to the ‘entrance’ of the property to open. Tricky to make WiFi to work. Cleaning wasn’t consistent throughout the stay. Bathroom had a bad smell constantly and the room didn’t have enough power sockets. Towels sometimes had holes on them, no hand soap. Overall I’m very disappointed, for the price it was I was expecting much better (even if Lisbon is expensive, I’ve stayed in better places for much less)

Ofrecimos todos los soportes de la denuncia y no aceptaron cancelarla, demostrando cero empatía ni entendimiento por esa situación de fuerza mayor. Si así son en línea, no nos quedan ganas de conocerlos en un futuro pues demuestran cero humanidad y solo interés en el dinero.

Unfortunately The room had a lot of noise probably coming out from the air conditioning which led us to keep it turned off.

Air condition was loud and the rooms and facilities were not so clean. Pictures of the property seems outdated as it looks like it needs a new refurb again. Needs new bedding towels etc. hostel vibes unfortunately.

It was clean and compact, centrally located. Great aircon.

As it was more of a dorm style of accommodation you had to deal with a little more noise, but it wasn’t too problematic.

The rooms are ok. Clean. However you don't get your own bathroom which is weird.

The location is not very close to the main attractions. It is close to the airport however. After you check out you cannot leave your bag there to store so if you have a much later flight than I did, you will have to carry your luggage everywhere. This should have been mentioned somewhere. Didn't like have we have to share bathrooms.

It is a great location. The check in, check out is very smooth and is a great.

The room didn’t have windows. The room has a poor noise isolation. The shower door was broken. The pillows were dirty.

Check in was super easy. There wasn’t anyone there but the communication with the organiser over the phone was very easy. The place was clean and had a nice feel to it. For a one night stay with my friend this was perfect. Very close to a train station too which is handy

The entrance through us off a little bit but it wasn’t that big a deal.

All the check-in and access information was communicated well to us before we arrived. The bathrooms were kept clean every day. The location was good, but it does not unfortunately make up for the cons of our stay.

Upon arrival we noticed that the room was not cleaned properly - there was a thick layer of dirt and dust on the table and in the corners of the room, the sheets had strange stains and traces of hair that was not ours… The door had an old crumpled note stuck to it, also with stains. For how well the rooms looks on the website and for the price, such disregard for tidiness is unacceptable. The AC in the room would produce loud banging noise after we would turn it off for the night, and the noise wouldn’t stop until 3am in the morning, waking us up every 30 minutes. The floor had a help desk but no staff for the three days we were there, as we wanted to ask someone about a way to make the noise stop. The room looked true to the advertisement but the level of amenities and cleanliness ruined the experience for us.

The decor was nice and modern. It was right by the metro so easy to get around. We booked a larger room which was en-suite but I can see how it was unclear which rooms had shared bathrooms. The room and bathroom were spacious and we had a good sized fridge. Kitchen was a bonus although we didn’t use it so can’t comment on if it was any good.

The bed was huge, but very soft and the pillows mostly hard. The TV was too small for the room and was not a smart TV, so no capacity for Netflix etc. The passcode to our room was the same as the code for the apartment door, which didn’t feel very secure as a result. The grout in the bathroom was dirty round the edges, like the floors were not being cleaned thoroughly. Our bed was changed once in 3 days (no issue with this) but the bathroom wasn’t cleaned. Hairdryer was good and we were given an iron when we asked. One main downside is that they could not facilitate a late checkout or luggage storage. I appreciate late checkout may not have been possible if the room was booked, but it would have been helpful to have a room/lockers to store luggage. Contrary to the listing there is no coffee machine which was a real shame for us. There is a kettle

The room was nice and confortable, good value for money. The place is very centric and located right next to a metro station so it makes it very easy to go out and explore the city.

The AC of the room could use an update so it can be colder. The frecuency for room cleaning could be upgraded too. The bathroom is shared but at the end we didn´t have any issues with this.

I like the location it was quite convenient for me.

I would had prefer to have a card key for convenience
