Everything. Rooms were comfortable and well laid out. Everything was easily accessible and walkable from the location. Facilities were nice, clean and modern.

L'hôtel est magnifique, les chambres sont spacieuses et le coin cuisine est pratique si besoin. Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable. La piscine sur le toit est un plus pour se détendre quand on rentre d'une journée de découvertes. Trois stations de métro sont a proximité et une quantité de délicieux restaurants. Je reviendrai sans hésiter

Super Lage, man ist schnell zu Fuß an vielen spannenden Orten.

Betten waren maximal ok, vor allem, dass es trotz Buchung weit im Voraus nur ein Twin-Zimmer gab. Die Betten ließen sich nicht gut zusammenstellen

シャワーの水圧が低い点。アメニティが少ない感じ。髭剃りのシェーバーがフロントに言わないともらえなかった点

Das Zimmer war schön. Ruhig, sauber und schön gross. Der Service bzgl der Zimmer war auch gut. Die Lage war zentral, unweit Chinatown und der U-Bahn, der Weg zur Marina Bay problemlos zu Fuss machbar.

Beim Eincheckem muss man eine Kaution hinterlegen, die einem sofort beim Auschecken zurückerstattet werden soll. Das klappt nicht, erst Tage später und nach Aufforderung kommt die Kaution zurück. Das Hotel antwortet nicht auf Emails. Wegen Flugausfall kamen wir einen Tag zu spät an, die Frage ob das Zimmer für uns reserviert bleibt blieb unbeantwortet. Es war dem Repzeptionspersonal nicht möglich eine Rechnung auszustellen. Trotz mündlicher Zusage, dass mir die Kosten für die nicht genutzte Nacht erstattet werden, bleiben sämtliche diesbezüglichen Emails von mir und auch dem Kundendienst von booking.com unbeantwortet. Ein Lächeln reicht halt manchmal nicht aus. Der Geldwechselautonat im Hotel hat einen extrem schlechten Kurs.

Beautiful hotel in chinatown. Close to bars and restaurants.

I did not opt for breakfast. The location is excellent.

A shoe horn should have been provided. I approached the counter a few times and each time the staff said they could not help.

The cleanliness. room space and amenities were very good. The large bed was very comfortable also.Location was exceptional with 4 MRT stations within 5-10 minute stroll. There is also 3 large Hawker centres ( if you like that type of thing) extremely close. Night life is also right on doorstep but you never hear it as soundproofing is very good. There is also a really good rooftop pool, gym and laundry.

It would be nice to have a small coffee machine in the room as the instant coffee provided is awful and whilst the room was cleaned fairly well,the floor never seemed to be swept. Very minor issues though.

The location is great. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Very clean, beds are comfy qnd great pool.

Not too keen on the room layout (having the toilet and shower as seperate cubicles with the basin as part of the main room) and I think they could do better with the bar area.

住宿地點距離唐人街很近，購物方便；房間整體99%乾淨，地板有一點點沒擦乾淨的痕跡，蓮蓬頭分岔，水壓稍弱。

接待櫃台有點兇

Otima localização, próximo a metrô, restaurantes, compras. Instalações limpissimas e bem cuidadas. quarto muito confortavel. Café da manhã muito bom. Atendimento excelente. Apesar do horario de check in ser à partir das 15:00h, disponibilizaram as 11:30h um banho e uso da estrutura da piscina. Foi uma atitude única, que resume a atenção e cuidado com a real necessidade dos clientes. Parabéns!

Location is great. Near several major food centres and MRT stations. The only drawback is major grocery store is hard to find in the area. Size of the room is also bigger than average. Love the temperature control and fan speed of the AC. Having eating utensils in unit is also helpful.

If I have to nitpick, the soundproofing was found wanting. Especially since on Saturday Evening there was a party/event in one of the restaurants in China Square.

地理位置很棒，附近有很多知名的餐厅，步行至公交站、地铁站也很方便。房间比较新布局宽敞、合理，有足够的空间放置行李箱和随身物品。房间空调和排风系统也很好，洗澡后没多久淋浴间就干燥了。酒店公共设施非常好，顶楼的健身房设施很全，门口还有饮用水和毛巾，泳池我们没有用，但是看起来也不错。

我们入住的双床房是带连通门的房间，隔音较差，如果隔壁有人入住，手机功放声音大一些都能听到。 入住的时候房间内发现有没有清理的头发。

kaikki oli siistiä ja huoneessa oli kaikki mitä voi tarvita! (jääkaappi, kitcehentte, hiustenkuivaaja, silitysrauta, suodatettua vettä, peseytymistarvikkeet jne.) Kattoterassi uima-altaineen on upea ja kuntokeskus näytti ihan pätevältä, tosin sitä en ehtinyt kokeilemaan.

Iltaisin baareista kantautui hieman ääntä, vaikka olin 15. Kerroksessa. Siitäkin huolimatta nukuin erinomaisesti.

When the tour group arrives at the lobby at level 1, most of the tourists were blocking the entrance. Making hard for other guests to go in or out of the building.

I recently stayed at Capri by Fraser China Square and have mixed feelings about my experience. The hotel's location is indeed ideal for exploring Singapore, with Marina Bay and multiple MRT stations within walking distance. The facilities are modern and well-maintained, and the rooms are comfortable and nicely appointed. Additionally, the breakfast provided was very satisfying and offered a variety of options.

the standout issue was the abysmal customer service. Despite booking a Studio Deluxe room for 3 adults with breakfast clearly specified in my reservation, I was informed at check-in that the room was only prepared for 2 people and that I need to pay for extra bed and breakfast for 3rd person. This discrepancy led to a frustrating ordeal lasting over three hours and requiring multiple visits to the reception desk to rectify. Despite the hotel's error, there were no apologies extended for the inconvenience caused. The receptionist only confirmed that they will promptly deliver the extra bed to the room. After city stroll we returned to the room at 7:45 pm, only towels were delivered to the room. Called the reception asked for the bed to be delivered to the room again. At 8:40 pm my patience was gone, went to the reception for the 4th time, the receptionist was full of nonsense excuses (the bed could not be delivered to the room because do not disturb sign was on - but they still entered the room to deliver the towels). Such excuses only added to the frustration and highlighted the lack of coordination and professionalism within the hotel's staff. I finally got my bed at 9pm, but cups, glasses and other basic utensils for the 3rd person have not been delivered until our departure. On day 2 of our stay we had to call the reception again as our room was not cleaned until 4pm. In conclusion, while Capri by Fraser China Square offers a prime location and commendable facilities, its subpar customer service severely detracts from the overall experience. Would probably not return.

地理位置优越、走到牛车水地铁站6、7分钟、楼下走路一分钟就有亚坤和吐司工房、吃早餐很方便。

前台服务人员太少、态度没有很好 第一天房间清洁只给铺了床、所有毛巾都没有换新、卫浴用品都没有补。问前台要了之后、来送东西的华人态度很好、反映了问题、之后几天清洁的很认真。
