The property was everything advertised, except for the weather. It rain one day and the roof leaked. But only when it was raining. Nicely appointed. Clean. Large common space nicely accommodated all 6 of us including a 15-month old that enjoyed the open space.

The property was beautiful, well appointed and well maintained. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The house was clean, the bathrooms were large and the bedrooms were very comfortable. One bedroom has a charming fireplace. The back sunroom and front courtyard were inviting. The property was within walking distance to Canyon Road and the downtown area. There was even an off-street parking space. The staff at Two Casitas were friendly and helpful. Loved this property....would highly recommend it and would definitely stay again.

Everything was wonderful! The kitchen experience would benefit to have: • Correct coffee filters for the coffee maker (needed basket style, yet cone were provided) • Kitchen-size pair of tongs for cooking (not the BBQ ones, those were great for the grill only) • An extra cooking spatula and a large cooking/serving spoon • Cooking spray • A drape or door to cover the laundry machines (I know that would not be easy). Maybe one of those curved curtain rods they use in hotels for shower curtains. It would extend outward enough to hide everything. Just loved our stay though and wish we could have stayed longer!! Our stay at the casita was very nice. We loved the huge room and the large screen TV. We did not care for the location of the property - but that is our fault, we typically like to stay outside the city. Two Casitas gave us wirtten directions to the property, but we found using our car's GPS system much easier. Our stay IN the property was quite comfortable and enjoyable, we would just rent outside of town somewhere next time - way too congested IN town. That, however, really adds to the beauty of Santa Fe - it is a very friendly, beautiful community. the property is VERY quiet. We never heard any outside noise and the people walking up and down the street were friendly and made us feel at home. So....no complaints really about the location of the property, we just PREFER a more open area. We HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone. From start to finish the members of the team were very helpful and friendly.

We enjoyed our three nights at this property. It was nicely appointed and very spacious for our party of four women. Unfortunately the weather was too chilly to enjoy the outdoor spaces. It is not walking distance to anything, so you would definitely require a car. We highly recommend this home for an enjoyable Santa Fe getaway.

The property was very comfortable for our group with a really nice enclosed patio. The management company was excellent, and the house was in a very convenient area. We had a wonderful time in Santa Fe.

We wanted a living room to host a large group of coworkers, and this space was perfect! Would love to stay here again if we visit Santa Fe again!

Big, comfort Santa Fe style home in an excellent location. Easy to get to the Plaza & close to everything. Comfortable bedrooms, nicely appointed kitchen. Front patio was great. We ate dinner there. Loved this Santa Fe casita!

We enjoyed our stay in Santa Fe! The house was as described. It was clean and suited our vacation plans.

All three bedrooms were large with all having king size beds. The two bathrooms were roomy. The living area is huge with a large dining table and 2 large seating areas. There are two front yards and one large backyard. Great location that is very close to all on Canyon Road and near enough to walk to the plaza.

The master closet on the right (looking at the closets, w/ the A/C unit) leaked about a gallon of water during a heavy rain during our stay. All our hanging clothes needed to be re-washed. The master bed room fan did not have a remote so we could turn off the light. Bunk beds in one of the rooms would have been nice to make the rental more flexible.

Smells like the Inside of a Camp Fire...

We celebrated our family Christmas at 409 Apodaca Hill and it was the perfect house for us! We had three couples, two singles and two toddlers; the accommodations were just what we needed and we had plenty of room to spread out and relax. We ate all of our breakfasts and suppers family-style; the kitchen had everything we needed to feed 10 people for five days. After driving all day arriving to a welcome basket of wine, local salsa and chips and such a beautiful “home” for our stay was amazing! The location was perfect for access to Ski Santa Fe, the Canyon Road shops and galleries, The Railyard and historic Plaza - we did them all! Also took the toddlers on several “strolls” to the park on the river. Our “must-do” recommendations: Ski Santa Fe, Kakawa Chocolate House, Meow Wolf, Puye Cliff Dwellings, Iconik Coffee Downtown, Second Street Brewing, family meals and karaoke night at 409 Apodaca Hill.

The house was perfect for our family of six. We were familiar with the area since we lived in the area for almost 17 years in the past and knew it would be convenient for the things we would be doing. Our only suggestions are that the windows should be washed when spring comes!

I have one bit of advice. Apodaca really needs more light in the living room. We brought lamps in from bedrooms but you do need some overhead lighting ! Otherwise is is so lovely and we will rent it again!

From the minute I made our reservation, to the end of our trip, everything was perfect. Everything we needed was in the house when we arrived. Small touches (THANK YOU for having coffee in the refridge!) were much appreciated. Every detail had been thought of. The house is even more beautiful than the pictures. I completely recommend staying here. It is also close to everything. Thank you for making me feel so welcomed to Santa Fe!

We had never been to Santa Fe before, and we really wanted to stay somewhere with character. This house was exactly what we were looking for! It is a really cute house, decorated beautifully. We were close to shops, restaurants, and art galleries. We enjoyed the house and the yard very much. The open living space was wonderful! We are a family of four and we were all very comfortable in this house. We hope to get back to Santa Fe and we would definitely rent this house again!

We had a terrific weekend at Apodaca. The kitchen and grill were so well appointed that we only ate out once. Otherwise we cooked up some delicious meals and long lasting conversations and memories. A perfect 50th Birthday weekend for me!

Lovely home in a quiet, off-the-beaten-path locale, but featuring easy access to a multitude of Santa Fe’s amenities. Clean home. Easy process with rental company. Responsive service to a minor issue that arose. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed in the lovely Casa Apodaca while in Santa Fe visiting our family who live there. It was close to everywhere and everyone and when we needed some downtime it was nice to just relax in this lovely home. It had everything we needed and we just loved it!

This is a beautiful house in a beautiful setting on top of a hill -- one of the few rentals that far exceeded expectations and was actually much larger than the pictures portrayed. Everything was perfectly clean and cheery and accommodated the seven people in our party, even when 4 or 5 were in the kitchen fixing their own breakfast. We were a little early in the season to enjoy the garden/patio areas but can imagine this a real enhancement. Easy access to all the charm of Santa Fe by car. Definitely hoping to be so lucky as to have another stay here.

This house has a nice courtyard area and a spacious interior and is close to downtown and definitely within walking distance to shops and restaurants.
