We had a great stay. Everything was clean and beautiful. And the view was amazing! Mike was a wonderful host. He explained everything about the house and what to do in the area.

Perfect family getaway spot at a perfect location! We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. The patio is great! The kids loved the pool! We will be back.

View from the home is spectacular and the owner of the property is very nice and committed to a good experience. Just be aware that the inside of the home, is just is not quite as nice the views.

Our stay was wonderful and exactly what we had hoped for. Location and the views were just amazing. House had all amenities as needed. Kitchen especially had everything needed for a groups stay and celebration dinner. Checking in and out was very easy and host was very friendly when communicating with us. Would highly recommend !

I can't say enough wonderful things about our hosts, their home and our overall experience. Would return again and other next time stay longer. Beach and party are conveniently close yet you feel like you're in a retreat. Recommend highly to anyone will a large family visiting the area with an appreciation for amazing views of the area.

This home has a stunning view! I stayed with my college friends for our annual reunion. I picked this home because of the pool, number of rooms to accommodate my party and the view. The pictures do not do it justice. Must see for yourself! Breathtaking! I could sit on the patio all day.

Wonderful home for our group and location was great to get to the beach, shopping.and our baseball fields for the tournament we were in, in the San Diego area.

This house has a superb view of the surrounding communities. The kitchen and living areas are spacious and accommodating to a large gathering. There were 14 of us…5 adults and the rest young adults. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils.. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were nice and the neighborhood upscale and quiet. The owners were instantly responsive to our minor problems and questions.

Nice home with great views. Excellent wrap-around deck to enjoy La Jolla views. Pool was really nice too. Could use a bit of attention to be a perfect place -- minor maintenance and improved kitchen equipment. Hosts were great.

Really lovely views and very helpful hosts. House itself is an interesting mix of old and new (obviously remodeled with new addition) but most spaces are really nice. Pool was lovely, as were outdoor spaces. Needs a bit of attention to minor maintenance items to be perfect. Would be great for a large group who just want to hang out together. Lovely kitchen but needs to be better equipped with glasses, cooking tools, etc.

Our extended family of 15 was looking for a place to stay for a family reunion. We looked all over San Diego and couldn’t find any place better. The pics online were amazing and it seemed it would accommodate our large family. When we arrived we met Ghada the owner and she showed us around and gave us some great recommendations for eating and where to go to the beach. Stepping out on the deck overlooking all of La Jolla we realized the pictures do not do this place justice. Absolutely stunning. We had every dinner and every morning coffee out on the patio. The gas heaters were perfect when it got chilly in the evening…. Even in July. Inside the house was just as amazing. Meticulously cleaned and great high end appliances. The kitchen is huge with two full size sinks that was perfect for cooking large dinners. If you are looking for a great place to stay you would be hard pressed to beat the views, accommodations, location and hospitality of this house. We will be back! After nearly a year a half, we were thrilled to reunite with family in this gorgeous location! The view from this property is absolutely stunning (be prepared for a pretty steep drive to get there!), and the layout was perfect for our party of 11 (5 adults, 3 children). Michael was very responsive to our questions and needs throughout our stay. If you're looking for a quiet place in La Jolla with a gorgeous view and a clean, modern aesthetic, this is the perfect place!

Open floor plan was perfect for our group to spend quality time together. The large kitchen/family room area was our preferred hangout

This is a great house with stunning views. We had trouble getting pool and spa heated properly and although the property manager was very kind about helping it compromised half of our vacation time so we had some disappointed kids.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful place. The house is well-maintained and the views are unparalleled. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient. Mike was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. We are already talking about staying here again soon!

Our stay was overall good. I feel like the house needs more overall cleanliness and better accommodations in the bedrooms, considering how expensive it is to rent this house. The beds are small, and there are no nightstands or anything else to put necessities on, such as, phone, watch, a water bottle, etc.

We greatly enjoyed everything about our stay. The owners were amazing too recommending activities, even a sushi chef to come cook for us. We absolutely loved the views, the pool, and the size of the place. It easily accommodated our group of 9 adults.

Beautiful home! Michael was very prompt and helpful. The only suggestion would be having the home in immaculate condition (broken ping pong table left from previous guests, pool area needed to be swept, personal items left in cupboards from previous guests) when arriving. Upon arrival, our door code wouldn’t allow us access. Michael was great to be there as soon as he could. Overall great home and location.

This is the most beautiful home I've ever stayed at. Breathtaking views, 5 bedrooms, amazing kitchen, high ceilings, private driveway, pool and jacuzzi, 2 living rooms, close proximity to shopping and site seeing and they welcomed us with 2 candy gift baskets. I will definitely stay here again, the hosts were so gracious. They didn't bother us at all, I told them we were having a small Super Bowl party and they did not mind. The neighbors were great and did not complain one bit. The pictures don't do the house justice, you have to see it in real life. The place was spotless, plenty of bathrooms/showers for everyone. The sliding glass door open all the way gives you the best of both worlds indoors and out. There is full cable and a great sound system in the home. Even the location was great because you don't have to drive all the way into downtown La Jolla and deal with that traffic. Thank you for having us, one of the best weekends we've had in a rental property.

We were looking for a place with beautiful views. We found it in this wonderful home. We had a great experience. The home is open and well appointed with everything you might need on vacation. Close to the Beach, Restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing. Once you get done with all of that you can come home and relax in the pool, hot tub, or just relax on the patio and enjoy the great view. I highly recommend this home.

13 people and a baby came to live in and use the property extensively for 5-days. The house was gorgeous and the setting spectacular. But it was not ready for wholesale use use a VRBO - especially at the rate being charged. The little things were the difference. No sharp knives; no directions on how to use appliances and AV; the grill was horrible; not enough glasses, the bed setup not able to comfortably accommodate the number of people we had without using blow up mattresses (which was not disclosed. And the beds too small. The owner did all he could to help and was Johnny on the spot if you called, but was new to the VRBO model and was figuring it out on the fly. He had never actually used a VRBO as a customer (renter) before so didn't have that experience to pull from. Nice guy though, and actually sent my daughter a wedding gift. We felt we were being charged premium (high end) rates which is something they should aspire to, but not charge those rates while learning the game and have paying customers foot the bill. This would not be my first choice next time if we returned, only a choice. I’m sure the feedback will improve things, but for the money we were charged it should have been perfect. We’ve had perfect many times with VRBO before
