Our group of three couples loved the property and enjoyed our stay immensely. The location, given our planned activities in town, was perfect...especially with the late season snow! The construction on a lower floor was noisy for only a few hours; otherwise, that would have been a negative, since we stayed in longer than planned given the weather. Overall, it was a very positive experience. We will be sure to recommend this property. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The only small quibble we had is about not being accommodated for a slightly later check-out, even though no one was scheduled to check in that day or week, according to the agency online calendar.

If I had any suggestions, it would be this - there needs to be more mixing bowls and serving bowls or platters in the kitchen. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner and were scrounging to find enough bowls to make even 3 dishes in and to serve them. We like to cook on vacation. So it was a bit of a challenge. Nothing fancy would be needed. Maybe a glass set of multi-size bowls and a couple of serving bowls/platters. Otherwise, it was great. That is me being really, really picky! We had a wonderful time and loved our stay! The place is gorgeous and well-appointed. We will be back. Thanks for everything! Team members were kind, accommodating and helpful. Thank you!

The Lincoln 401 is spacious, spotless, and well-equipped. It is in a perfect location to walk to restaurants, museums, and galleries. AdobeStar Properties promptly answered all my emails and questions.

Great property and convenience of living spaces

The staff of AdobeStar Properties was very kind and easy to work with. They helped solve an issue as I was booking the property and were very helpful as we got closer to our arrival date. This amazing luxury property was perfect for our mixed generation group. The elevator was so necessary for grandma and for our daughter's young family with a toddler and a newborn. The single-floor design was very convenient, as was the property's proximity to the Plaza with all the restaurants and shopping.

Perfect layout with 3 master suites for our family. Very quiet and the place has everything we need. I wish the fridge had filtered water, but otherwise the appliances were great. I traveled with 5 kids including a baby; our pack-n-play fit nicely in one of the spacious closets, so baby had a quiet place to sleep. Parking was convenient. We’ve stayed for a week at a time over the years in 3 or 4 other Santa Fe houses close to midtown, but this place is far superior. We will definitely choose to stay here for our next visit.

This was our second stay at the Lincoln. We really like the proximity to the Square and surrounding museums, galleries, restaurants, and shops. Access by car is easy and convenient for this particular venue. Being able to come and go from all the activities of the Indian Market was especially convenient. Evenings on the balcony were enjoyable. Convenient location for accessing activities in the city. Great views of the surrounding mountains. Courteous staff. Clean and nice appointments

For a group of 6, the Lincoln 401 is an ideal setting—close to the Square, quiet, and beautifully appointed. From beginning to end, Adobe Star was there and ready to respond.

This is a high end property very close to the Plaza. Walking distance to great restaurants, shopping and galleries. Nice views as well. We were able to entertain friends for dinner with ease. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful property. Very well maintained, and so comfortable. The entire rental experience was so easy and professional. The unit was amazing!! The location and access to downtown were perfect.

This place was wonderful and really made our stay in Santa Fe. We enjoyed Spanish tapas and coffee and gelato just steps from the front door as well as being a block from the plaza. In the evenings, we enjoyed the views from the four decks and just hanging out in the beautiful condo. Communication with the management team was excellent as well. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a fabulous time - spotlessly clean, great views and people watching from the balcony, spacious, beautifully decorated. We walked everywhere in the city, taking in great restaurants, museums and fun shops. Wonderful for a special weekend between friends or couples.

I can't wait to come back to Santa Fe and try another unit they were kind enough to tour for us. Guest Services and all the properties I have stayed at in the past have been immaculate. They continuously go above and beyond to make our stays in Santa Fe amazing.

We just returned yesterday from a long weekend girls trip to Santa Fe. There were 5 of us traveling together. Lincoln Residence 401 was fabulous. Beautiful accommodations, 3 large bedrooms with king beds, ensuite bathrooms and excellent location for exploring Santa Fe. The amenities were plentiful and we even used the living room fireplace once as it actually snowed while we were there! Another plus was convenient parking which was included in the price. The pictures of the residence are current and the condition was immaculate. We loved our location and our time in Santa Fe. We would definitely recommend Lincoln 401 to groups of up to 6 persons. We were told there is an adjacent residence which can also be rented, giving you up to 5 bedrooms together.

I went to Santa Fe for a long weekend with a few girlfriends. We absolutely loved staying here. The condo is beautiful, well laid-out and very close to the plaza so that we could walk almost anywhere. We really liked having the fireplace, and the beds were very comfy! Gorgeous views as well. AdobeStar was easy to work with and responsive. Highly recommend.

We stayed here for a wedding weekend with friends. The unit is very spacious and well laid-out...every bedroom has privacy and plenty of space. The location can't be beat! Can walk to all of downtown Santa Fe. Everything was extremely clean, and had a well stocked kitchen. Convenient to have laundry room as well. The only downside is there was major construction at the unit next door, it was so loud in the 3rd bedroom with drilling that there was not way you could even be in the room. They did warn us about this the day before we arrived, which I thought was a little late notice. We tried to make plans to be out of the unit when the construction was happening. Check-out time is 10am (which is on the early side). I asked for an 11am check-out because we had a 3:30pm flight - I thought they would accommodate due to the construction inconvenience, but they denied our request. Beautiful property, just not 5 star due to the construction noise and how management handled it.

We enjoyed our stay st the Lincoln 401! There was enough room for 3 couples to have their own space and a great kitchen to entertain. The balcony space offered great views of Santa Fe and sunsets. I would definitely come and stay again with a group or on our own. We love the location of this rental. It helped so much not having to find parking and everything we waned to see was in walking distance. Cant wait to return!!

We are long time guests of AdobeStar Properties, from back in the B&B days when Dave, Andy, Una & Mary would whip up tasty honey cornbread chili cheese muffins, all the way through the years when they converted to luxury vacation rentals. And then we went on a tour and fell in love with their newest acquisition, "The Lincoln". suffice it to say that the hi rise elevator luxury is rare enough in santa Fe to make you stop in your proverbial tracks. The Lincoln 401 was a 3 bed, 3 and a half bath that was so luxuriously appointed that we actually made the owners a cash offer to buy it on the spot. they turned us down. But we still enjoyed our stay. the wraparound outside patio deck had the most amazing views of the Sangre D Christos at sunset. everything was beyond top of the line. If you can afford it, and even if you can't, a stay at "the Lincoln" is a must have for your Life's bucket list.

We stayed at this apartment for five weeks this summer. Everything about it earns 5 stars. The unit itself is beautiful. It is very spacious and wonderful in its design and layout. The master bedroom is well separated from the two bedrooms. The hallways are wide, the wood flooring beautiful and its the fixtures and furnishings throughout are luxurious and of designer quality. Its kitchen appliances and equipment are top of the line. Great HD TVs, very good wifi connectivity and speed and (for those with AT&T as their cell phone carrier (which is a problem in many homes and areas in Santa Fe)) very good interior cell phone service. Long balconies surround the unit with views to the north and east. The apartment gets great natural light. The photos on VRBO do not do it justice. You could not ask for a better Santa Fe location, one block from the Plaza and an easy walk to just about everywhere in town. The staff - from the rental agent to the cleaning staff to the owner himself - are among the most pleasant and reliable with whom we have ever dealt. We have rented many private homes for the summers over the years in Santa Fe. This unit surpasses all of them in our view. It is the perfect mix of design, location, size and value. We recommend it enthusiastically.
