A large, spacious and clean space that accommodated the 10 of us (four under 4!) for a long weekend while we saw the sights and attended a family wedding. Luis was an attentive host and we were especially grateful for the AC, the washing machine and the supermarket on the ground floor. The location was perfect- centrally located, but also quiet at night. Caveat: the third floor walk up on top of Lisbon's hills makes for quite a work out. Burns those calories though!

Luis is an awesome host. Very communicative before, during, and after our stay. He helped carry our bags up and even held a parking spot for us to unload the bags. Once situated, it was a relatively convenient location to use as our home base. Hot water was tricky at times, but probably a result of too many people trying to shower at the same time. Outside noise was loud due to delivery trucks, the tram, and construction, but once the windows were closed, they were barely noticeable. We all enjoyed our stay at Luis’s apartment.

Luis was a great host - he was friendly, accommodating and incredibly responsive. The apartment was spacious and in a very cool area of the city. There are many charming bars and restaurants just down the street. We would absolutely go back. Thanks again, Luis!

Excellent property in a fab location very close to everything. Photos don’t do it justice of how lovely it was. Property manager kept in touch and gave recommendations too. Would use again for sure!

What a wonderful apartment and host. We were 2 families and total of 9 people. This apartment was perfect for us. It is large, bright, comfortable, and within walking distance of the best of Lisbon. Luis, our host, made our stay even more pleasant. He is by far the most pleasant and responsive host I have met. He even carried the majority of our suitcase to the apartment. From the time I booked this unit to the end he responded to my questions and messages immediately. We would love to return to this place and stay a bit longer next we are in Lisbon

A great flat with good access to the area

Apartment is clean, spacious and has been updated with a modern look. The neighborhood is a bit dreary, but walkable. Note that the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator, so guests must be able to carry luggage up several stairs

Excellent location, very nice apartment with a small supermarket below which made it perfect for wine coffee and snacks. Host was amazingly helpful and the restaurant’s around there were amazing.

Luis was a phenomenal host - very helpful and easy to communicate with. The space was great for two families, with a good location to access various sites and restaurants in the area. It was very handy to have a mini mart right downstairs.

Great apartment in a great location! We could walk to shopping, restaurants the river front and Commerce Square. It was great for our family of 5… updated kitchen and baths ( it is a third floor walk up which wasn’t a problem for us but may be for some) Luis is a fantastic host!

Brought two other couples in on this stay and they were completely enchanted by this neighborhood. Luis spent time with us at check in telling us about the 3rd floor, totally renovated, walk-up, the area, and how to go about seeing it. Parking is two doors down and you can leave your car right there your whole stay. He even gave us a recommendation to a nearby restaurant, recently reviewed by the Washington Post, where he new the owner well. That meal, in an intimate 10-14 patron space with Joao presiding, was magical. Follow the #28 tram(trolley) down the hill a short walk and around the corner for some unimaginable, regular neighborhood breakfast cafes and pastries. Wish we could’ve stayed a couple weeks or more! Thank you Luis!

We were a party of 10 finishing off a two week stay in Portugal with a City break. This property is in a great location with many fantastic restaurants on your doorstep and easy access to historical sites. The apartment is well equipped, spacious and easily fitted our large group. Luis was great, very timely responses to information requests! Restaurant recommendations guided us away from tourist traps and led to amazing food! Would definitely recommend that that you follow his advice. We’d definitely stay here again.

We were a group of 9 visiting from the States and staying for a week. The apartment was great! We loved the location and found several fantastic restaurants nearby. The apartment is far enough away from the congestion of the city center but an easy 15 minute walk. Loved our stay, and coordinating with Luis was easy and a joy. Two thumbs up for staying here!

Great house, large, fully equipped with modern style, at walking distance from twsn centre, and with a friendly owner !! Ideal for a group!! And (last but not least) the tram 28 stop is just at 50 metres from the house !!!
