It had a great view, and you can enjoy the weather being at the apartment. Good for family trips. However, if every day water and extra towels were provided than it wud have helped more.

Though the beach was near by, but it's quite a bit of walk to the actual beach part. Also it's hard to find grab or taxi put there. So keep in mind if you r planning to check out at a rare our, you mite not find a ride in time.

Excellent stay- very comfortable can accommodate 6-8pax easily.

Parking fee has to be paid by us - it’s RM10 per day and we’re being charged up to RM350 per night I think a rebate for parking should be applied.

The space

The room i booked was at Batu Ferringhi Seaview but the apartment was located ar Sri Sayang Resort so dishonesty from the owner ro advertise with Bookings.com and when i questioned her, the response was she has been doing this for years. Told her the bedsheets haven't been changed so the cleaner was sent up to change but the cleaner only changed the pillow cases. I think the cleaner isn't honest with the owner. No restaurants close by also long way to get to the beach. Too far from town, nearly 40 minutes away. The owner told me i can cancel but after driving from Selangor that was the last thing i needed, to look for another place tp stay. Only one lift working, lots of work going on in the building also there was rubbish around everywhere. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.....NO WAY!

I chose this unit because the location is very close too beach and restaurant.

This unit is surrounded by hyper sensitive neighbour to noise. So, not suitable for family with kids. My kids are advised not to be playful and run inside this unit which can easily get disturbed from underfloor neighbor. You will notice what I mean when you stay this unit with your kids. Please aware that this unit need to pay parking fee.

Very comfortable and relaxing! The place is also clean and recommended to all!

The parking situation was expensive, the internet was not efficient, the tv was broken, the electrical switches tripped at some areas, the showers were broken, the toilets were mouldy.

Very responsive host. Highly recommended view is mind blowing. Definitely will book the same apartment during my next trip.
