Love the ambiance of the hotel. Love the pool

Too many building & level will get confused.

The room was clean and comfortable with a super huge bed. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with plenty of selection. 3 pools to enjoy.

The swimming pools were not sufficiently supervised. Many guests were wearing inappropriate clothing, and kids were diving dangerously, risking injuries to other pool users. Need more enforcement of pool rules.

Signage could be improved to make it easier to find rooms and the restaurant. Parking is not free for hotel guests.

The kids pool and the food super nice. The staffs super friendly even the Bangla or cleaner too. Comfortable bed.

The hotel is big with nice compound with few pools. Friendly and helpful staffs. I came with family for a staycation.

I have stayed in double tree by hilton kuala lumpur last month and the breakfast buffet was less impressive compared to the kuala lumpur branch. The taste and selection is much less. The bedsheet has mildew smell. The bathroom sink is clogged. A section of splash pool tile floor is broken with sharp edges which was not fully covered that can endanger kids to injuries. The pool facing the lake was dirty and murky. The small wading pool facing lake was dirty with a lot of sediments, paper, food wrapper etc. Went to the pool on sunday evening and monday morning but still the same condition, no cleaning service seen or done. It was full house as it was a long weekend but I think the condition is rather poor for a 5- star hotel. My niece (9 years old) said this is not a 5 -star hotel; not even a 3- star hotel at best. It is an honest review from a child.

المكان جداً نظيف وهدوء صحيح بعيد نوعا ما عن الاماكن السياحية لكن نظافه وتعامل جميل والغرف وسيعه وقريب من مطار كوالالمبور الدولي حدود 20 دقيقه أخذته للراحة بعد سفره طويله وترانزيت طويل مع عائلتي انصح فيه

الافطار محدود جداً انا سكنت فيه ليله وحده فقط ماقدر اقيم الافطار لاني لا اعلم هل يوجد تنوع فيه ام لا

ทำเลดี สะดวก สะอาด เงียบสงบ ที่รีดผ้าครบ พนักงานสุภาพ ให้บริการดี ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส ไม่เหม็นบุหรี่ กลิ่นสะอาดมาก เป็นเมืองที่เงียบสงบมาก ควรเตรียมยาแก้ปวด แก้ท้องเสีย ยาจำเป็นฉุกเฉินเบื้องต้น ติดไปให้ครบ เผื่อฉุกเฉิน เพราะร้านค้าปิดเร็วหาซื้อไม่ได้ ร้านอาหารก็ปิดเร็ว

-ไม่มีร้านอาหาร ไม่มีแอลกอฮอล์ (น่าจะเพราะเป็นโรงแรมมุสลิม) ไม่มีที่นั่งทานกับเพื่อนๆ ทุ่มสองทุ่มไม่มีอะไรขายแล้ว -ลืมผ้าเช็ดตัวไว้ สีขาว สีเดียวกับโรงแรม แต่ขนาดเล็กกว่าเยอะ และมีลายนูนในตัว ต่างจากของโรงแรมชัดเจน แจ้งทางโรงแรมแล้ว แต่ตอบมาว่า แม่บ้านบอกไม่เห็น -ราคาวันที่จอง กับวันที่จ่ายเมื่อไปถึง ต่างกันค่อนข้างเยอะ และ เพื่อนชาวมาเลจ่ายถูกกว่าครึ่งนึงในวันเข้าพักวันเดียวกัน จองวันเดียวกัน ห้องประเภทเดียวกัน -ทางเข้าขับรถลงไปใต้ดิน พอเดินเข้าตึก มีห้องรับแขกแต่ไม่ใช่ล้อบบี้ ต้องกดลิฟขึ้นไปชั้นนึง จึงเป็นล้อบบี้

ลืมผ้าเช็ดตัวไว้ ทางโรงแรมแจ้งว่า ถามแม่บ้านแล้ว ไม่พบ แล้วก็จบแค่นั้น เคยลืมที่โรงแรมอื่นครั้งนึง เขาหาจนเจอมาคืนให้ได้ เพราะผ้าเช็ดตัวสีขาวแต่ขนาดเล็กและมีลายนูนทั่วผืน ต่างจากของโรงแรมชัดเจน น่าจะไม่ได้ตั้งใจหามากกว่า น่าจะเพียงแค่สอบถามแม่บ้าน แม่บ้านเก็บๆส่งไปซักรีด บอกว่าไม่เจอ แล้วก็จบ ไม่ตามต่อให้ พักคืนวันที่22 check out23 ลืมไว้วันนั้น รุ่งขึ้นwhatsapp มาแจ้งทางโรงแรม ให้ตามให้หน่อย เพราะจะกลับมาพักอีกครั้งวันที่26-27 แต่โรงแรมตอบว่า ถามแม่บ้านแล้ว ไม่เจอ ตรวจสอบกระเป๋าทุกใบแล้ว จึงขอยืนยันว่า ลืมไว้ที่โรงแรมแน่นอน เช้าวันที่23เมษายน2024 ห้อง5305

The amenities were very good and the breakfast spread was really extensive. We also ordered room dining and the food did not disappoint.

Carpark to room wasn’t the most acessible from some of the Wings.

Good location & surroundings. A lot of facility/attractions for family with kids A family friendly hotel with excellent staff from security, receptionist up to maintenance staff

- Kids Splash Pool was too crowded on weekends; maybe need to expand more - Swimming Pool become a place for bigger kids/teens to jump & do somersault/acrobat which disrupt other guest wanted to swim freely & peacefully - An overprice room if you stay at Wing 3 (with limited room view & small balcony) ..as compared to similar price can get for bigger room at Wing 2
