Wonderful location in medieval section of Bamberg. Great staff; fabulous restaurant on site. Hotel is historic structure but modernized very well inside. Very comfortable beds.

It was quite warm and no ac or fans in room. Highly recommend at least providing fans in rooms.

A lovely hotel in a super location with very helpful staff who were able to provide secure bike storage overnight.

The check in process was very fussy requiring lots of info. The al a carte breakfast was expensive

Brilliant location on the water in Bamberg with a weir next door so you have the lovely sounds of rushing water when you open the windows. Perfect view from our room, great lift, good size room. Nice cosy bar with friendly staff, restaurant was also very nice, good food and good service, although one night they were rather slow and very full

Pillows are always a problem for me, and these could have been better. No fridge in the room was a minor inconvenience and no kettle.

No water heater and coffee machine in the room. About the heating system a proper instruction is needed.

There is no parking so one has to use public parking, which is expensive and has no reduction from hotel.
