When we arrived after a 4 hour journey there was no water, the TV didn’t work we complained someone came it was fixed for 30 mins but broke again, there was no ventilation in the bathroom so towels were always wet, our clothes were damp and bed, the duvet was not big enough for the bed so we were cold in the evening, we were not informed there would be no cleaning or replacement of towels, 3 nights with 2 rooms were expensive but not worth it

So close to everything we needed, parking with the discount was a bonus, clean and comfy huge bed

Not enough food selection in the restaurant for us, but it was lovely food

Only 1 negative was the shower lead wasn’t long enough so I had to bend down in shower

As a dad travelling with my 10 & 4 year old, I found this 1 night experience shocking. Arrived at the hotel at 14:10, but my room was not ready until 15:15. Sat in the bar area and the only pool table was broken. Walking down from the lift to room 432, stepping pass several doors with rubbish left outside. TV in room not working. Between approx 21:00 & 22:30 children constantly running up and down the corridor, resulting in having to call reception, who were aware of the problem, but took a long time to rectify. Will send an email to the general manager and the Radisson group for a form of compensation.

Location for the Arena is superb

Bar was overrun with a large group of young children (possibly 7-10 year olds) (past 10pm) The two gentlemen working on the Bar were very rude and abrupt. No facility to purchase food, the hotel is quite out of the way for any food places. The Staff working at breakfast were unable to communicate basics like “where do i get coffee?” they did not speak nor understand any English. Dishes were taken whilst still eating.

Had a blood stain on the duvet and the pillows were slightly uncomfortable

It was modern , clean and very good location for the AO arena, also very close to the Victoria station so very handy for walking or getting a tram into the town, the staff we spoke to were lovely as well,

We had asked for a city view which we got but unfortunately don’t some big cranes we couldn’t see the proper view but that isn’t the hotels fault, no complaints about the actual hotel.

Lovely staff and breakfast which was good value for money and all issues dealt with quickly

Our first room had a strong chlorine smell which meant we couldn't stay in the room due to feeling ill, got moved quickly but our new room door lock was broken and you could push open the door without using the key, this was fixed promptly by maintenance, Room seemed very dark with all lights on

Room was dirty when I arrived. Was charged £16 for breakfast after being told they had vegan sausages they didn’t… so I paid £16 for a slice of a toast. Their vegan burger came with a brioche bun (brioche is topped with egg so it wasn’t vegan) oh and the king size bed was 2 mattresses not secured together so I ended up falling into a crevice in the middle of the bed which wasn’t enjoyable! Some of the staff were a bit rude too, more dismissive than anything else.

The spa was a plus and the breakfast was good

Our room was not cleaned for two days. The bed was not even made. For a hotel of this standard this was a great shock and totally unacceptable

Ik vond het jammer dat op de dag dat ik aankwam de sauna en het zwembad niet beschikbaar waren (ivm Boxing Day). Dat was voor mij de reden om iets meer voor het hotel te betalen en iets verder van het centrum te zitten.

Could hear the room next door going at it For hours till 3am finally finished! ppl staying need to take the room next door into consideration when doing that stuff, i had a kid with me! thought the bed was gonna come through our wall at one point

Rooms a good size and comfortable beds. Clean . Fridge

It was very cold in the room and could not adjust the heating. Very important to me to be comfortably warm so spoilt the stay , made it unenjoyable

The spa facility on site was an added bonus to our stay. The therapists were really good and the treatments were excellent. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were lovely and clean. We had breakfast which was enjoyable. Big shout out to the reception team who couldn't have been more help full, and the spa team who made our stay so enjoyable.

Staff was welcoming and location was useful for what we needed. Room came with all the equipment and bathroom necessities

Paid extra for superior room on 6th floor however once you came out the lifts there was a strong smell of dampness running along the carpets and need changing immediately. The bed looked comfy but once you go in we both sunk to the middle and was very uncomfortable to say the least. In the early hours we was woken up to a loud noise like the generator gearing up all the hot water/electricity for the hotel. You could only watch certain channels due to signal on the TV.

The pool and room was really nice, staff helpful. great view from hotel room and really good location. the pool was really nice. the headboard with lights was a nice touch.

No gowns in the room from check in Iron was missing lid cover for where there water goes in Netflix wouldn't work with TV as it said service is unavailable breakfast over priced for what it was. bed kept splitting in two mid way through the night as the mattress would move extremely long wait at the bar was stood there for 5 minutes as there was only one other customer there so gave up in the end.

Good location

Felt a bit dirty for example the pillows felt very soggy and you couldn’t open the windows for fresh air. Also there was a flashing light (I think the smoke alarm) that was going off all night. They also can’t bring cold water to the room which seemed a bit odd.

Good location, swimming pool is an extra. Breakfast is good.

Blankets, duvet and pillows are dirty and safe box without door in the batteries compartment. Bathroom needs a better cleaner. Windows have some water filtration. Carpet looks dirty and also the extra bed was really uncomfortable. Furniture in general needs maintenance too. The hours of the pool for families with kids can be more flexible because difficulty can be enjoyed at 7am when you are on holidays.
