Relativ gute Lage zur Altstadt. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Zimmerausstattung teilweise veraltet. Keine Klimaanlage, daher Zimmer sehr warm und stickig. Rauchen auf der Frühstücks-Terasse fürchterlich (zumindest für Nichtraucher), vermiest einem das Frühstück, vor allem, wenn der Zigarettenrauch ins ganze Haus und somit in den ganzen Frühstücksraum zieht, wo soll man sonst hin. Wie überall in Deutschland, draußen bei schönem Wetter dürfen die Quarzer sitzen und eine nach der anderen ziehen und die Nichtraucher, die keinen belästigen, werden nach drinnen verbannt, wenn man das nicht leiden kann und da werden sie auch noch belästigt. Rauch in öffentlichen Gebäuden wie Hotels, gehört verboten, Punkt.

Hissen klarade bara en person åt gången. Blev lite jobbigt när man bodde på 5:e våningen. Hårda sängar. Och bara 1 nyckel för ett trebäddsrum. Borde gått att ordna minst två. Rummet gick endast att låsa med nyckel från insidan, vred saknades. Blev man inlåst kom man inte ut. Kan inte vara tillåtet enligt brandskyddsregler.

Great location for visiting Bamberg . Paid parking nearby . Room had just about everything you might need and was clean and comfortable. Staff pleasant and helpful . Generous breakfast.

when asked a question by email before the stay the hotel responded immediately. The hotel were happy to look after our bags until check in time as we arrived early. The hotel is in a good location if arriving by train - half way between the station and the heart of the old town. it's also convenient for heading back towards the station for the garden area. it's alcso very close to the bus station.

Traffic noice and noice from people taking the bus outside. Kept waking up all night. Very warm, although we were provided with a fan. The room was very narrow.

The room with its high ceilings was nice, and ample, but not great size.everything clean and modern, in an old building. easy walking distance to everything.
The shower was too technical with water from two places that were not coordinated. Small hotel with no staff after 6PM. Probably not practical if you don't like stairs as there are stairs to get in, but a lift inside.

I reserved double room- with balcony, single occupancy, I specifically asked for 1 large bed,
I received a room with two small beds pushed together, both fit for a teenager. there was mold in the shower, walls were dirty and in need of renovation. breakfast was forbidden to taken to the room, BAD EXPERIENCE, couldn’t sleep either night

got a room with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom only connected to one room and had glass door... problematic, better to get two separate rooms next time...

The location is central and the breakfast was good.
The room was very small, no wardrobe, the floor was wooden and there were creaks and vibrations every time someone walked down the hall or up the stairs. For 150€ for one night I expected more.

Heaters automatically turned off in the nights, I woke up early in the morning freezing.
Shower head leaked on the side and squirted all over the bathroom.
Very few wall sockets in the room. Couldn't charge more than one device at a time.

Great money value. Hotel is located right next to the pedestrian area and old town.. Very nice rooms, comfy bed and strong WiFi. An extra detail I appreciated very much was the private balcony.

The three-single-bed room was comfortable and the bathroom and shower were modern and spotless.
The location is great, being midway between the station and the old town.
The receptionist gave us useful tips on where to eat and drink.
Although we didn't take bikes, I noticed it was a bike-friendly hotel.

Comfortable room , and quiet location just a few minutes walk from the best parts of Bamberg. Good shower and bathroom. Bike shed large, secure and very useful. Friendly staff.
Kettle/tea making facilities are needed in the room. Instead the hotel tries to charge 1.5Euros per drink from a machine in the lobby - this is inconvenient and frankly poor for a hotel of this price level.
No doubt Covid19 is the reason, but rooms cleaned only every 3 days.
No hot food at breakfast (C19??) which is 9.5Euros for a cold buffet PLUS a further 1Euro for each boiled egg! Seems like a penny pinching approach.
