I liked the fact that the bathroom had a bath and not just a shower.

Spacious room and bathroom. Over all very clean and super friendly staff.

No Mini Bar or sweet snacks available. Breakfast was not nearly as good as described in other reviews - not a lot to choose from and unsatisfying quality. Also the subway passes right below the hotel which one can hear and feel.

Staff was nice and helpful.

Very old style and sterile rooms and heavily used furniture. The pictures in the internet hide that it's a big concrete building with no flair. Especially for the price. I have been to many places 30% cheaper that were much better.

Wifi quality was really poor

The staff was really nice and friendly. Parking is large. But it costs 6 Euro. (Booking.com said 4 euro but it seems, it's increased.. ) Not far from the U-Bahn. There is a supermarket close by.

Too Expensive for what is offered- 4 Star Hotel that feels and looks more like a 2 star. Outdated Lobby- no bar- only option to get drinks is from the vending machines as in a cheap motel. Outdated rooms- no coffee , no tea not a single bottle of water... NOTHING...When we asked for Water we were told to use the vending machines in the lobby!!

I cannot understand how this hotel is rated 4 star. It has no bar, no restaurant available to hotel guests at night, breakfast was v expensive 20euro per guest and they tried to charge us 20 euro per person to use the sauna which was not switched on , they wanted you to book the sauna 1 hour in advance so they could switch it on, that is not how a sauna works. I have never stayed in a 4 star hotel that tried to charge the guests to use the wellness suite.? very strange and no bar??The rooms also need upgrading big time.

The location next to Tierpark is great. Underground U5 is in walking distance.

The pillows in bed are not nice, too soft. 19€ for breakfast was too much for us.

only one man at the reception which I forget his name (he gives me water boiler for making food for my child also it’s quite at night and you will feel comfortable

expensive, no mini bar no water boiler, small tv, daily cleaning service rude staff not smiling this maybe this country nature, food is horrible for MENA only cake is the best

It's out of the city centre but we were so close to the underground & tram so we had easy access in and out of the city.

Quite old in terms of furniture and amenities. Bad and pillow not comfortable at all! Not on a standard of 4 star hotel!

Location was good nearby U5 which stops near all the highlights and runs the whole night

Pillows with barely any filling, hard matresses, no changing of the sheets when housekeeping came, old room, no ventilation, flat screen smaller than the average smartphone. Definetly nog worth 4 stars more like 2.5
