We liked the hotel very much. It is conveniently located close to the city centre. It is next to the metro station and 10 minutes walk to the S-Bahn. The building has been nicely renovated. We liked the interior design of the hotel hall. Also, there is convenient parking place next to the hotel for €15/day - Am Köllnischen Park (just be aware you have to pay in cash in the kassenautomat with max €20 banknotes)

The shower door could be better designed

The lobby was nice.

First room had a smell of cigarette smoke. The room we got for replacement wasn't properly cleaned: -There were stains on the table -One towel was dirty -The door of the bathroom was dirty -The door of the shower nearly felt of when opening or closing it -One bed sheet had stains It's not like the room was a complete mess, but I never visited a hotel that had more flaws than this one.. and this was the most expensive hotel I've ever visited.. When I asked for a compensation because of the many flaws, they just excused themselves and said they hope we will visit them again.. Not even a discount for the next time or a free breakfast.. Very poor..

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable compared to other hotels I've stayed in in the area. The location was right next to a U-bahn station which can take you directly downtown or to the S-bahn lines. The döner shop across the street is amazing.

Great breakfast, superb omlet from show cooking chef and a lot of choices to choose from.

we did not like pizza for dinner. Margarita was not a pizza. It was burnt, unseasoned without basil, tomato amd tomato sauce. a disgrace to human kind.It was not edible. Staff ignored to get feedback.

The aircon was not very powerful in the room. The shower leaked (but was fixed when reported). Proper coffee machine in the room would be nice.

The location was brilliant, the U-Bahn stations are so close, one across the road and one a 5 min walk around the corner. It was super comfy and clean it was a big spacious room with a great bathroom!

We made a bit of a mess of your booking but the reception staff were lovely and helpful and even gave us a free drink while it was sorted. And thankfully it was, lovely clean, roomy, room and a good location for the city touring and best sights. Nice bar too but closed quite early.

Shame we didn't have a bath...

Breakfest was good quality and realy tasty.

Staff and Management care more about charging breakfast than with client being welcome.
