Nothing luxury about the rooms I’m afraid, and breakfast was shocking.

Opted out of breakfast planned elsewhere. Staff really noisy from 5:30 am. Hot tub not working. Things from other guests left in room.

All good , rooms are very luxurious , although i felt the bed pillows to not be too comfy. No real complaints though. Good locations 5 / 10 mins from town

Very little room for outside hot tub , expected bit more in the room ( coffee machine, etc) for the price we paid

the fire alarms went off around 9:30 me and my partner were both asleep they went off for around 30 mins we didn’t have a clue what was going on they were so loud is was ridiculous staff came in and checked all rooms they finally knocked off we got back into bed and they started again for about 20 minutes. staff came back into all rooms and then they started again just didn’t comfortable after that worrying incase they came back on during the night

The room was nice, quiet, and private. Views from the windows are nice. The hot tub for 2 was very private as well. The room size was ample and breakfast was a 7/10. The Milton Brown toiletries were lovely and the walk in shower was fantastic.

I booked this room (Acacia) because of the spa bathtub (it’s main feature) however, only 1/2 the jets worked on it. After questioning staff, they told us we needed to make adjustments to the settings. However, after following all instructions it still didn’t work. When I mentioned this again at checkout, they didn’t offer to compensate me for the inconvenience. The building is older and has had some renovation work, some of which looks dated. We had a loose wall socket next to our bed that was coming off the wall, however, had a sticker on it indicating it passed inspection.
