Lovely location, greeted on arrival by Martin and Howard who were both very friendly. We were shown to our beautiful rooms and given valuable information regarding the area since it was our first time visiting the Lake District. A* for cleanliness and attention to detail which made our stay such a lovely one.

Great location in the centre of Bowness-On-Windermere. The hosts were lovely, and the suite was great. I would definitely recommend it.

The location and staff Martin & Howie are excellent…we have stayed here many times and each of the six suites are fantastic…beautifully furnished and spotlesssly clean…whilst the location is second to none right in the heart of Bowness ….there is a small charge for parking at 3 per day and the hot breakfast is served across the road and is not for everyone…but it dosnt bother us at all…will stay again and again

Nothing really…parking is extra but dosnt bother us at all and the hot food is served across the road…but again we don’t see this as a problem… neither should any one

The accommodation itself. Huge space and very comfortable.

I would not say, I did not like but the breakfast was missing something salty as were all sweets. But that was much appreciated still

We liked the bed and facilities in the bedroom. It was a little walk to Lake Windermere and Windermere was a short distance too.

The Croissants were a bit disappointing for Breakfast but overall very nice. We did expect a lake view but instead got the chimney and work yard, we would go upstairs if we went again.

Location was perfect, room modern & spacious with a view of the lake.
