Very warm welcome and lovely rooms to relax in after a long drive. Parking permit was a real godsend as this is a busy lilttle town, but we only had to wait a few minutes for a space to appear in the nearby carpark. We were also able to leave our bikes locked safely in the garden. They're located in the centre of town, close to shops, cafes and pubs so everything was within easy reach. The guys who run this place are absolutely adorable and so helpful, but the very best thing about it was the bed - oh my word, the bed. It was SO comfortable. We'll definitely go back next time we're in the area.

الهدوء تعاون العاملين قربه من البحيره ووجود ماركت ومطعم كافيهات بجوار الفندق الإفطار محدود حسب الطلب ولكنه لذيذ واستمتعنا به يوجد

Lovely location, greeted on arrival by Martin and Howard who were both very friendly. We were shown to our beautiful rooms and given valuable information regarding the area since it was our first time visiting the Lake District. A* for cleanliness and attention to detail which made our stay such a lovely one.

Great location in the centre of Bowness-On-Windermere. The hosts were lovely, and the suite was great. I would definitely recommend it.

The location and staff Martin & Howie are excellent…we have stayed here many times and each of the six suites are fantastic…beautifully furnished and spotlesssly clean…whilst the location is second to none right in the heart of Bowness ….there is a small charge for parking at 3 per day and the hot breakfast is served across the road and is not for everyone…but it dosnt bother us at all…will stay again and again

The accommodation itself. Huge space and very comfortable.
I would not say, I did not like but the breakfast was missing something salty as were all sweets. But that was much appreciated still

We liked the bed and facilities in the bedroom. It was a little walk to Lake Windermere and Windermere was a short distance too.
The Croissants were a bit disappointing for Breakfast but overall very nice. We did expect a lake view but instead got the chimney and work yard, we would go upstairs if we went again.

Great location we have stayed a few times but always upstairs with a nice view this time on the ground floor. The couple are always lovely and helpful.
Booked on the ground floor and as soon as booked as other rooms more expensive. Got an upgrade straight away which was upstairs in the property which cost more money which I paid where we usually stay. Unfortunately when we arrived we were put on the ground floor. This was not the Bowness Bay Suites fault it was Booking.com. Have been in contact with Booking.com but nothing but not acknowledging there mistake.

Great room with view out over lake Windermere, very spacious and good continental breakfast hamper replenished each day.
Personal preference - would prefer if room had blackout curtains as very bright in the mornings but not a big issue for most people.

close to all amenities. Very friendly host. Lovely accommodation.
The only negative was the mattress as it was too soft but that is my personal opinion.

NOT TOO MUCH, JUST THE FACT OF SPENDING TIME WITH FAMILY -
THE VIEW OF MY ROOM OVERLOOKED A DIRTY BACKYARD FULL OF GARBAGE - PICTURES DON´T DESCRIBE AT ALL THE ROOMS

Beautiful suite, great location, fab customer service. Very spacious and comfortable.
Would of prefered a choice of cooked or continental. Breakfast was a brioche bun, yoghurt and a choice of cereal in your room.
Parking wasnt at the property, but car park was only a short walk, you pay £3 for a permit.

The location was perfect, the room size was spacious with a beautiful view. The bed was very comfortable and having a lounge made the stay very relaxing.

Luxury on everything, nothing less . Big comfy bed, lounge area in your own room, mini fridge , 2 tvs , jet shower , posh bathroom, digital/electric heaters, nice decor , everything luxurious. A terrace that opens up with views of lake and fells .Treat yourself and love one and stay here . Minute walk to bowness-in-windermer lake . Loads of shops nearby .

Everything was superb, very friendly owner, nice little extras such as breakfast basket, fridge, really comfy bed and very spacious, felt like a suite rather than a room, nicely decorated, felt quite luxurious. Parking permit

Breakfast was adequate and so nice to have real milk,the room was spacious and well furnished with a view of the lake and boats
