The breakfast buffet was good and the staff is friendly. Having aircon working at the hotel was a blessing with the heat during their travel. This was a stay for two senior citizens.

There were a couple of instances where the toilets were not working due to no water. The tank had to be filled manually from the tap. No resolution could be given, just that it was getting worked on. No other available rooms to be moved to as hotel was at capacity for a conference(?). Issue of telling cab drivers where the hotel is located. They also had some difficulty understanding the Australian accent as one of the travellers was Australian.

The property is very accessible to my work location and it’s near the Eastwood City Mall. I find it very comfortable and very clean too.

Just a very limited time for the kitchen. Hopefully the time to extend until 12am instead of 10pm :)
