افطار الصباح رائع صحي وخيارات متنوعة خدمة صف السيارة وخاصة الاخ عيسى جدا تعامله راقي الضيافة بالقهوة كانت روعة الاخ بلبل العرف جميله وواسعه عملوا لنا ترقية واشعرونا انها بصعوبه رغم ان الفندق غير مزدحم خلال الاسبوع

موظفي الاستقبال غير محترفين بالتعامل يقدمون لك اي خدمة بصعوبه وثقل ويشعرونك ان اي شي صعب ماعدا سيدة تتكلم عربي كانت افضلهم الجاكوزي كان غير نظيف اول ما دخلنا الغرفه يوجد فيه بقايا ورد وطلبنا تنظيفه وتم تنظيفه فورا لا يوجد فعاليات في المنتجع كل شيء يغلق مبكر ماعدا مطعم يوناني ولا يستقبل احد من بعد الساعه 11 الاكل على المسبح طعمه غير جيد ابدا

الفندق فخم جدا ويملك شاطئ رائع وإطلالاته جميلة جدا والغرف واسعة ومريحة وفيها شرف كبيرة

الاسعار مرتفعة بالنسبة الطعام أو للخدمات بشكل عام التواصل مع مرافق الفندق ليست سريعة وغالبا لا يتم الرد

الصراحه المكان تحفه وفيه موظفه اسمو mini اتوقع ساعدني ولا قصر معايه بشكل عام كلو ممتاز واكيد رح ارجع له مليون مره

The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. However, I must note that the furniture appeared quite outdated. While everything was functional. Despite this, the amenities were up to standard, including a well-equipped gym and a lovely swimming pool . Breakfast was varied and delicious, catering to different tastes and dietary needs.

A refresh of the furnishings would significantly enhance the overall appeal and comfort of the rooms

Beautiful hotel, always our preferred option as family every time we go for long weekend in Baharain Kid love the kids club and personal always welcome you as family Brunch is the best in the island and beach has natural sand unlike other big hotels in Manama

Looks like rules has changed for number of guests in standard rooms With all great options within the hotel facilities I’d prefer to spend on those than expensive suite I won’t use

انا جيت احضر حفله وحجزت بناء على تاريخ الحفله اللي ذكرها لي مسؤول حجز المطاعم لما وصلت اكتشفنا ان الموظف اخطأ بالتاريخ وصارت السفره كلها لا فائده لها

I recently stayed at Sofitel and had an exceptional experience. The staff was extremely polite and respectful, especially Miss Simran at the restaurant, who was incredibly nice, well-behaved, and caring. Still remember her pleasant attitude with my family. The facilities were awesome, with a fantastic pool and a dedicated kids' water play area. The balcony was amazing, offering the best view of the sea and pool. The hotel building and ambiance were lovely, and the lady playing the piano in the evening was so professional, making the evenings truly memorable. The breakfast could use a slight improvement in terms of variety in the main course, but everything else was perfect. The rooms were wide and comfortable, and the valet parking was very convenient. Overall, the environment was so relaxing, making it the best place for a family holiday. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the water park was a great bonus. Sitting at beach in late hours are exceptional and calmly. I highly recommend sofitel for anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing family vacation.

The hotel is old , staff is uncooperative , service is very slow , I asked for housekeeping just to bring me water they came after two hours !! My wife ordered coffee from outside the let her walk all the way to the main gate to receive the order , I forgot my earbud in the room so i called them and they said will call me back shortly , 5 days since checkout and no one call ! The most funny thing is that you will stay in a 5 stars Sofitel hotel but you will not find a coffee machine in the room ! I think that time has stopped in 2010 at this place ..

Das Hotel liegt etwas “außerhalb”, aber das war genau das, was wir gesucht haben. Der Strand und die Pool Anlagen waren sauber und es war wirklich angenehm, sich dort aufzuhalten. Die Einrichtungen für die Kinder waren toll, auch der Kids Club. Das Essen war ausnahmslos gut, toll hergerichtet und das Ambiente war schön. Die Zimmer waren modern, nicht muffig oder abgewohnt. Es gab viele Aktivitäten für die Kids (Hüpfburgen, Maltische, Gesichter anmalen usw) was uns super gut gefallen hat. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Familie mit 2 kleinen Kindern (2 u. 5 Jahre).

Der Kinderpool war nicht beheizt. Das ist bei 35 Grad draußen nicht soooo schlimm, aber es wäre dennoch ein Verbesserungsvorschlag. Weiterhin sind die Preise außerhalb der inkludierten Verpflegung sehr hoch. Eine Pommes für Kinder am Pool 7 Euro, eine Pizza mit Getränk 26 Euro…. aber gut, it is what it is :)

Alles was super, de kamer, het uitzicht, het zwembad, ligging aan zee en super dichtbij het F1 circuit, de diverse restaurants, en het personeel wil echt alles voor je doen

Amazing staff , special thanks to Mr Nenad and his team at Al Saraya restaurant for quick preparation and support for a brief birthday celebration surprise and to the staff at the lobby Mr Amad , reception and room service. The spa treatments were an integral part of an outstanding retreat , thanks to the spa reception team and the masseuses

I recently had the privilege of being treated to outstanding service throughout my sojourn at this hotel. Upon my arrival, I was immediately struck by the cordial and streamlined check-in procedure. During my entire sojourn, the personnel consistently demonstrated a high regard for my well-being and appreciation. Every element of the service surpassed my expectations, including the timely room service, the guidance provided by the concierge, and the spotless maintenance. This hotel is distinguished by its sincere concern for guest comfort and meticulous attention to detail. It goes without saying that the service at this establishment is impeccable; I would not hesitate to advise anyone in search of a memorable and pleasurable hotel experience to visit.

The food was tasted, pool area perfect, with warm water, room was comfortable, clean.

Staff at restaurant ignore the guests, how food was served (very heavy dishes without help from staff), big noise even after 10PM, i have forgotten my watch in pool area, and i can't communicate with the hotel toget answer if theg have found....

-TV system (not easy to use, limited channels) -sound proof walls (terrible, can hear TV sound & bed actions next door) -concierge service at check out process was lousy -additional bath/toilet immunities (must be requested) -rest of my family paid more for similar rooms
