The experience as a whole was amazing . The hotel is very clean, staff are amazing and breakfast buffet has a variety of options . They offered me a room upgrade and that was very nice from mr KEROLOS in the reception .

I heard sounds of my neighbours in the floor above me

It’s old and dated and definitely not up to typical Sofitel standards.

تعامل الموظفين و قت الدخول كان سيئ ولم اجد غرفه رغم حجزي منذ شهر وكذلك خدمه صف السيارات لاتعرف نوع سيارتي رغم انني اعطيت لهم الكرت تعامل الموظفين الاستقبال لم يكن مريح ولا مرن مع الزائر

The staff was nice and helpful, we were upgraded and had a nice view

The food for both breakfast and dinner was inferior to what we had at other Accor hotels in the world such as Pullman hotels when Sofitel is supposed to be more luxurious.

- Staff very kindly and collaboratively. - The view was not bad.

- There is no bathroom bidet. - The bed is not comfortable. - There is a shortage of room supplies (slippers, towels, bathrobes, tissues, cans of drinking water). - Cups and glasses are not clean. - The buffet does not contain worthy dishes.

the staff in the dining hall were really nice and helpful the valets perfect and very helpful, the breakfast had lots of options, the room the views. The foyer was nice

The dinner wasn’t that good but maybe that was just my preference, the room was lovely and clean but the extra bed was rock hard and the toilet smelled of urine

Curtains were dirty, towel had lipstick on it and dirty cups

1楼有咖啡厅；8楼有泳池，有超市，有酒吧。顶楼还有一个Jazz bar。都可以看海景。我的房间在23楼，也是海景房，在床上就能欣赏波斯湾，非常满意。清洁工也很周到。

Room smelled like sbd smoked before. Location in nowhere..no beach, no external bar, no restaurants....

Food quality

Dirty room; the carpet was dirty, damaged and scratched furniture, dusty AC grill, smelly room, dusty glass on the facade ruining the view.

Overall facilities , location and amenities

Room size was very small.

Convinient free shuttles to Louvre and to the beach. Amazing bathroom connected both with the corridor and the bedroom. Nice glass bottles of water which are availiable for purchase for 20AED only. It also shows a responsible environmental behaviour of Sofitel.

The price could have been lower.

Facilities are not working at all …No sauna, no hamam…

the room is vey comfortable and relaxing, the room size is excellent. the view from the room is amazing. they have variety kitchens at breakfast Indian, Arabic, etc... the pool is a little bit small in size but very nice.

cleanliness, the room service excused that she forgot to clean my room 2 days.

Breakfast

This is worst Sofitel hotel i have ever been. No mini bar, shower door broken, TV channels all arabic with just two English Channels, AC constantly dripping water

Connecting rooms

Washrooms had weird smell, there is almost no light in the room. Cleaning was really bad, we asked for bedsheets and bathrobes to get changed, but they didn’t change and they hang the bathrobes back from the floor

The service all round was the best! Gave us an upgrade to suit the size of our family of 5. I didn’t expect sofitel to be this good. Thank you everyone. Even when we was leaving they sorted a transfer for our next long trip to make sure it’s a comfortable vehicle and fits our luggage.

Located in the Heart of Abu Dhabi. Really friendly and professional employees. This was our honeymoon and I really appreciate everything you guys did for us. From delivering water bottles at 3 am to storing our luggage, asking if everything was good. I appreciate it!
