That I could hook my PlayStation up to tele and the use for phone for access to everything was a great idea

I didn't get my 2 extra pillows rooms were very small for price payed and no benefits for package

Location and ease of use

No where to put clothes other than 2 hangers. No where to hang anything in bathroom

everything was very quick , easy and convenient

very little space , but it was what we expected . very strange not having tea or coffee in the room , but space didn't really allow it

The staff were very friendly and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Parking was easy enough with a car park to the rear of the property (this is not owned by the hotel though so there is a parking fee) , the hotel check in was easy with it being remote . The hotel was quiet despite its central location.

when we arrived the room I booked was not available, I was informed that the room I was given was an upgrade despite the room being significantly smaller than the room I booked, but I must admit that the receptionist was very accommodating and took the time to show us the rooms and gave us the choice of the two, so this is not a complaint at all just would be nice to have this info before arriving, they also threw in some complimentary beers and snacks which was appreciated . Bathroom was a little claustrophobic and the sink wasn't letting water down the plug on closer inspection the plug hole was stuffed full of hair which was revolting! The room was quite dusty too but bed linen and pillows towels were clean . Kitchen facilities were basic but to be honest I am not sure who would be booking into a hotel like this to self cater? The rooms are too small to be knocking up a feast, if you want to self cater proper air B&B it; unless you are not fussy in that case it may be suitable to prepare ready meals with the microwave.

great space, tidy, lovely fashionable buildind, friednly staff and all operated through an access link. tv's with access to netflix

room was much smaller than anticipated and the bathroom was a wet room so get very wet. also not enough storage.

The hotel is very well decorated and clean! The control system via your phone is convenient as it removes the need for the card for an item we always carry with us these days!

Only complaint is the metal dish like objects covered the air conditioning vents would rattle as they were loose!

Convenient, clean, functional

Nothing to dislike, but the overhead shower suddenly started to drip as I was going to bed - I hadn’t used it so don’t know why. I almost slipped on the wet floor when I got up to use the toilet. The drip was noisy so I had to shut the bathroom door (I wanted to keep it open). Bit irritating but not a major issue.

The lay out of the room and how modern it was .

Using the system on ur phone to u lock the door sometimes was a long process.
