First thing is late room allocation, room is allocated after 5 pm, room is not clean, bead sheets, towels are not clean, Mirrors are rusty, every thing is charged, even water and plates also charges. You don't feel that you are staying in a Radisson hotel.

It was a bad experience since we checked-in. The room had a shoddy repair job recently done which was obvious from the fixes around. The bathroom was unclean with rust around the wash basin and water spots on the spouts and the bathroom door. The room was booked for double occupancy but it was set only for one person. We had two rooms booked here and the other room had a bunch of hair just lying on the room floor. Overall the room was unclean and it looked like a cheap room and not a Radisson quality one. It was a nightmare trying to call the front office. We called for more than 15 mins but no one answered. We asked the waiter who delivered our room service to inform the front office but still no one called. When someone did eventually pick-up, she said she will get back to us in 5 mins. Guess what! She did not! The other room that we had booked also had the same story. No one would answer the front desk! Finally one of us had to go down to the reception. There we met Mr. Uday Bhaskar (the worst front officer manager ever!!!!). Asked him to come to the room to check the quality of the room. His answer immediately after he walks into the room. I will change your room! No apologies, nothing! Just get out of here and go elsewhere so that I can enjoy my evening. This is the impression he gave us. So when we finally changed the room, we just were tired and wanted to sleep. Imagine travelling the full day and this drama unfolding at around 10pm in the night. However, it did not end here. One of got a room which was obviously "renovated" only recently. It did not have a carpet on its floor. The bathroom flooded when one of us took a shower. Had to ask the housekeeping to come and clean the bathroom. This ensured we got later for our meetings. It was as if Mr. Uday Bhaskar decided to punish us by giving us an even worse room only because as a customer we asked him to deliver the service his brand promises. It was a nightmare of a experience!

The place wasn’t clean. Staff were rude. It’s the only hotel in the whole world that charges 500/- for 2 plates and pair of fork and spoon. Absolutely horrendous. Spa was overrated for their dirty towels. Overall, horrible experience and no value for your money.

They called to confirm my booking the moment I landed in hyd, but once I reached there, they said my booking is canceled!! They refused to give me a room even after showing all booking details. Had to beg them for a room at 10pm in the night!
