Puja at the front desk was very helpful.

The rooms are spacious and hotel staff are very polite and supportive in any uncomforted situations.
The staff at the restaurent are not well trained. They keep chit-chatting among themselves even if the Restaurent is full of crowd. They should be responsive to the crowd having their buffet.

Facility available in the room, Staff and the location .
Booked for 3 adult and paid but only they provide beds for 2 adult and the third you have to pay extra charge for the bed.

Specious rooms
The front desk team & manager … in my entire life I haven’t seen a hotel asking their guest to leave evn if they wanted to extend!! Priority should be given to guests who r alredy staying especially repeat guests !! But asking the guests to leave evn if we wanted to extend was absolutely disgusting

The place was well kept and maintained. The rooms were spacious and tidy. Quite central to a lot of areas of importance within the city. Breakfast spread and service was really up to the mark.
The reception staff while checking us in was very rude and didn't come to any assistance at all. Definitely the kind of Marriot service am used to otherwise.
They allso charged my credit card for the stay that was furnished during booking reservation, even though we had specifically spoken to them over the tele and via email for them. We had explicitly requested them that we would be needing a late check-in and provided them arrival time as well but it was held to zero regard.

Breakfast as Mr. Sarvanan the executive Chef was by our side trying to compensate for the mindless /immature/ unwarranted behaviour of his colleagues
