Bathroom and corridor -appears to have not kept up with cleanup and maintenance that well. Works great - but not looking great

Receptionists are so rude and they don't bother about customer requirements neither customer value. I was frequent traveler and stay lot of times in the same hotel but they never bother about considering my request about the room extension and help to make some arrangements. First, they should know from where the customer was and their significant requirement and try to help an alternate arrangements instead of answering rudely.

The hotel should be more mindful about its management. We paid for the breakfast but it wasn't properly served to us due to shortage of food. A great disappointment.

The rooms were not good. The door got jammed all the time and I had to pull it for 2 minutes to make it ok. The hotel seems to be old since in every nook and corner I saw rust and damaged wood. The breakfast was just ok. We checked out the same night since the lack of quality.

The service, and facilities could have been better. The facilities doesn't stand with the brand name. Totally disappointed

Overall hygiene and location of the hotel is good. The staff are eager to help, but they are short staffed. We had to wait for a long time to get anything.

Absolute zero value for money. At this rate we can get much better accomodation. They take school and college group bookings. There is always commotion in the hotel and staff won't be able to manage. It's not a good option for family stay. For the first 2 days of our stay, the card swipe to open the room was not working and we had to wait for some hotel staff to come and let us into our room. Very inconvenient. Overall a disappointing experience :(
