The building is a bit dated. Just needs a little maintenance done in bathroom.

The location is unbeatable. Right in front of the beach, walkable distance to everything. Customer service was great. Size of rooms and living are was excellent. Kitchen was well equipped which is exactly what we wanted. We did book last minute and were overall happy with our stay.

Older property, some things didn’t work (eg toilet paper holder in one bathroom was broken, fan in one bedroom didn’t work, some doors didn’t lock). Apartment needs a serious reno job but was liveable and clean. The pictures showed a higher level and an apartment in much better shape but ours was right on level 1, older, no carpets (unlike the photos). There was no privacy at night as you could see through all the windows and we were so close to the road being on level 1. We ended up keeping all curtains except for the living area closed. I wish someone had warned us of this. In the day time though visibility and privacy wasn’t so bad.

Location. Nicely appointed

Needs block out blinds in all bedrooms. Non slip shower mat. More smoke detectors. MORE BLANKETS Only one thin one per room.

The view of the beach was absolutely stunning! The location was a 5 minute walk to Cavil Ave. The apartment suited us. it has everything we needed and felt like a home away from home with a beach feel to it.

Booked penthouse apartment!! Was old and out dated not like photos. Shower leaked, range didn't work, curtains hanging,walls cracked,windows whistled. Bloody horrible not worth the money.

Was charged $25 for a lost keycard upon checkout! In an age where keycards are instantly activated/deactivated and physically cost next to nothing, charging guests $25 for lost keycards is robbery! Also, there were exposed rusted nails all over the floor in the common areas because the property was in the midst of a carpet change. Why the nails couldn’t also be removed for safety until the new carpets were installed is a mystery.
