Breakfast is okay but management is terrible. Too many people and too little staffs. When it is a busy time basically it is a chaos.

Staffs do not speak English at this five star hotel. Ridiculous. It took 30 min for me to check in. And too many people for the breakfast.

Nice pool and great for kids.

It is over priced

This hotel is best suited for family with kids. Food is nice and not bad selection. Hotel staff was very helpful.

The bed was too soft. We had 3 rooms in total and all of my family complained about the bed too.

The breakfast was nice and my daughters enjoyed the outdoor pool and the indoor playroom.

The first room they showed us smelled horrible, like sewage. We requested to move and they helped us to do so and the new room was better. The staff were pretty helpful in this regard and they also offered us a discount on a future stay which was appreciated.

I like the hotel deco, the spaciousness of the room and that there’s a mini farm next to the hotel. The hotel upgraded us to a room with lake view and the view is great!The indoor swimming pool facilities are good too.

Food is not up to expectation. There’s construction going on near to the hotel.

I liked the room layout, the size of it, and how comfortable the furniture was. I was able to get good service in English.

When I first arrived I had to walk up a very long driveway a lot of times without a sidewalk to walk on. I also did not understand that they are refurbishing half of the hotel. I walked into a construction zone, and no one was able to help me because there is no signs in English to indicate that I should be going to a different part of the hotel. Once I finally found my way, because the waterpark is open on the weekends, it was very crowded with families. It took 24 minutes to get through the line. Because of all the construction they are doing, I don’t think their room Service was up to par. They gave a printed menu from which to choose. The food was OK, but the desserts were dreadful. When you pay 68 R&B for a dessert, it should match the description that was typed up. You do not substitute different types of nuts, or different types of crusts. I ordered two of the desserts, neither were good. What was good, was the fruit and ice cream stand that was set up downstairs and much cheaper. The Gardenview is not actually a garden view, but a view of the hillside which is full of trees. It’s nice, but not exactly copped it or intended. More like a big wall of green.
