The staffs were friendly. The room, gym and swimming pool were clean. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The gym was opened 24 hours.

The Chromecast of the TV was not working. The toilet was a bit small. Quite pricey considering the room size. The hotel consists of west wing and east wing which are two separate buildings. This was not mentioned under the hotel description during booking.

The room was modern and clean. The hotel kindly let us check in a bit earlier which was appreciated after an 18 hour flight. The location is ok, 10 minute walk to Novena MRT, 20 minute taxi to the airport (cost £11 with Grab), there's a shopping centre next to the hotel with a supermarket and food options.

Beautiful hotel with an amazing pool and view.

Courteous Indian lady front desk which is very friendly and helpful. Conceirge was also friendly and helpful. Hotel pretty clean but the study chairs are poor and uncomfortable for the guests.

Plastic glass and the hotel don’t provide proper wine glass for the hotel guests which is very very disappointing. This is also the 1st time encounter that the hotel doesn’t provide wine glass for hotel guests!!

All in all, the hotel is okay with a few minor drawbacks. But, what I have never experienced before, on arrival not only the room rate had to be paid in advance, but also another approx. 150 Singapore dollars (approx. 110 euros) as a "deposit" in case further costs were added to the bill. And instead of paying everything back at the latest when you check out, the hotel gives a period of 7 to 14 days for this. I did not receive any explanation for this, at least not in the short term. I am also still waiting for my money. Whoever finds this business behaviour okay can be happy in this hotel.

Quiet and very convenient with great beds. There is a shopping centre nearby which had everything that you could need for a traveller. The location is serviced by buses. There is about a 10min walk to the MRT station.

The bathroom has a rather strange setup with a glass mirror that is frosted. It doesn't quite hide all. Makes for a great laugh when you're sharing with friends but it's a touch strange. It was very clean however.

Had a great stay at the Ramada by Wyndham Hotel. Very clean and comfortable with fantastic large outdoor pool. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of eateries nearby. Great for taking buses to the centre. MRT a little distance away. One recommendation is to include a hair dryer and somewhere to hang clothes, otherwise there was everything you could need.. would definitely recommend.
