The main reason why we booked this place was for the prime location and it did not disappoint. The pool was very nice with a great view. We also went to their bars happy hour which was superb!

I didn’t like the bathrooms. They were very outdated for such a highly rated hotel.

All was very good - location, cleanliness of the room - friendly and helpful staff.

The only issue we which was a bit annoying was that the room key acted up on several occasions thus we had to reconfigure the card on several occasions - and even then there were a couple time the card did not work.

Die Lage war gut. MRT gut fußläufig erreichbar. Pool war auch gut für eine Abkühlung und das Frühstück vollkommen ausreichend.

Wir mussten unser Zimmer doppelt bezahlen. Das Zimmer war bereits über booking bezahlt, wurde dann aber nochmal eingefordert und bisher keine Einsicht und Rückerstattung. Einmal und nie wieder!

Room at Marina Sq was spacious and complete with amenities.

They accepted my booking however when I arrived, they informed me that rooms have been overbooked due to an event. I was transferred to a different hotel. At no extra cost but a slight inconvenience. I had preferred to remain at Parkroyal rather than move Marina Square.

Concierge staff very friiendly and helpful. Check in staff more business-like but still very good. Room very comfortable. Cleaning service excellent. Facilities and services excellent, especially pool, baggage storage and especially, especially option to use facilities to freshen up before departure (even after checkout). Location fantastic with Arab Street just across the road and MRT hub ten minutes walk away.

Appreciated cold, drinking water at reception but this had often run-out. Views from rooms at the back of the hotel (like ours) were not great.

The location is very strategic, it is right in front of the Haji Lane and Kampong Gelam. Very near to Stadium also, I went here to see Taylor Swift, and my from and to to the Stadium is so easy. Love this hotel.

None! Probably they should consider a shuttle van service to the airport or probably Gardena by the Bay/Sentosa Island

Das Parkroyal ist an sich schon ein sehr schönes Hotel, aber dieses Mal hatten wir das Glück, ein kostenloses Upgrade auf den Executive Floor zu bekommen, wodurch wir den Aufenthalt noch mehr genießen konnten, nicht zuletzt dank einer hervorragenden Betreuung durch einen Desk auf dem Floor selbst. Das Frühstück ist nach wie vor phänomenal, sowohl in bezug auf die Qualität als auch die Breite des Angebots. Auch das Ginger-Restaurant im Hotel haben wir genutzt und waren zufrieden. Der Pool ist sehr schön (wird nur erstaunlicherweise kaum von Gästen genutzt), die Ausstattung der Zimmer hervorragend.

Der Preis hat gegenüber 2020 ziemlich angezogen, ist aber wohl auch den lokalen Marktverhältnissen geschuldet.

Perfect location. The old Malay Streets in front are vibrant and very reasonably price.

Two train lines within 10minute, walk and Bus right on the front.

Im Hotel wurde eine kostenlose Führung durch Kampong Glam angeboten, super! Dort kann man zu Fuß vom Hotel hinschlendern, UBahn zu Marina Bay etc. ist aber auch nicht sehr weit weg. Einen kostenlosen Welcome-Drink gab es auch (Pandan, sehr lecker). Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet, Bad klein aber modern. Der Poolbereich war perfekt zum schwimmen und entspannen und konnte auch am Tag der Abreise noch genutzt werden. Das warme Buffet beim Frühstück war prima, viel asiatisches, aber auch Spiegeleier, frisches Omelette und Waffeln etc.

Eine Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption sagte uns, dass die Führung bereits ausgebucht wäre, was nicht stimmte, das war ziemlich krass ! Glücklicherweise haben wir uns einfach noch angemeldet und konnten teilnehmen dank Eigeninitiative Frühstücksbereich etwas stressig und viel los, daher mit Wartezeit rechnen für Kaffe, Obst, Müsli & Brot - es wird aber auch immer mal wieder aufgefüllt. Das einzige, was noch schade war, wir hatten null Aussicht (nur auf die Tiefgarage), dafür war das Zimmer etwas günstiger als gedacht. Wer Wert darauf legt, sollte das beim Buchen beachten.

The front desk staff upon exit at 12 pm on 26/1/2024 was severely lacking hospitality. Very rude and no tact.

It was in a good location

We stayed for two nights and paid for two breakfasts but on the day of arrival seeing that no rooms available until later to get breakfast we had to pay an extra $10

This is our hotel of choice in Singapore. The rooms are lovely and large. We like the pool area. The restaurant has been nicely renovated. Very easy check in process. The hotel is just across the road from lots of restaurants. Its a short taxi ride to Orchard Road.

Location, opposite Kampong Glam and close to Bugis

Room was clean. The bed is comfy for 4 of us. Parking is convenient. Just in front of the hotel lobby. Staff were amazing to fulfil our request for baby cot and 2 super single bed. Nice view from the swimming pool. You can see Singapore Flyer from the swimming pool.

Clean room and comfortable bed. Swimming pool is great, and wasnt overcrowded over a Friday to Sunday stay. Close to Little India so lots of restaraunts to explore. Pleasant and efficient staff.

No prestocked minibar or at least bottled water in the room. Pool food service not open til 11am or 12noon so no breakfast out in that area. Coffee only machine made in the restaraunt and pool area, no barista. Location is slightly out of the way and requires a bit of navigation between Bugis or Nicholl Highway MRT.

The location and the staff and the rooms were clean and very spacious. The restaurant Ginger was amazing. We enjoyed our breakfast buffet. Food was great
