Absolutely stunning apartment. Beautifully decorated, very tasteful. Exceptionally clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were soooo comfy. Great location. Communication with the host was perfect. Thankyou for a great stay.

secure parking, well furnished flat, especially like armchairs in the living area. kitchen has everything you need. Good location for getting to Birmingham centre.

Nothing to note except parking space is quite tight and so best to use a small car.

We had everything we needed for our stay . Location was a bit out of the way for Restaurants & cafes .If You want to shop for jewellery it’s a perfect location.There were a few cafes but were basic for food ..Tesco is a 15 minutes walk which is not too far if you don’t have to carry much or maybe get a taxi .

Only problem we had was when we arrived the lock box would not open to get out the keys .The code was wrong but the host answered the phone & gave us the new code & stayed on the phone until we managed to open it and get the keys .

Great facilities in a perfectly convenient location. Loads of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance leaving more time to enjoy the surroundings!

Only slight downside was a little noise from the apartment above. That said, I brought this to Lindsay's attention and it was dealt with immediately, with a follow up message the next morning to ensure all was OK.

Comfortable, big tv, pull out sofa bed, wine and treats, the artwork was cohesive and cute, fans provided, washer and dryer provided.

Grout on the floor in the bathroom needs a good scrub and there looked to be mold behind the bathroom door. Some of the door hinges need to be oiled so they don’t creak.

High standard apartment in a great location. A clean comfy and spacious apartment.

The free parking was a bonus as we rented a car. Very good instructions from Lindsay about codes and keys for door. Great location easy to walk to city centre. Comfortable apartment with great amenities and free WiFi. The trip was completely hassle free and if we return to Birmingham we will definitely stay here again. I will definitely recommend to friends.

The apartment was very well equipped with good quality and comfortable furnishings, very spacious, the response and communication from the owners was first class

Being on the ground floor, everything else was very good

Large, clean, well presented accommodation, on the 2nd floor, with 3 double bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, large seating area and dining table. Perfect for a family or group of friends to spread out and allow everyone to have their own space. Secure car parking available throughout our stay. Excellent location, 10mins walk from city centre. Great contact from hosts prior to visit with lots of clear information about how to access the property, use the WiFi, car parking etc.

Great place for a group trip, comfy beds! Though we didn't actually use the sofa bed in the end. Lovely welcome bits of tea, coffee etc. We enjoyed our stay

What a superb apartment. Cozy, perfectly equipped, clean, convenient, fantastic beds, excellent taste in design, quiet area and lovely host. Lindsay was fabulous, keeping in touch regularly to ensure we had the best possible stay and welcoming us with coffee, tea and cookies. Totally recommended. If I come back to Birmingham be sure I already know where to stay:)
