Very nice hotel with welcoming staff super close to the mirador cruz del cóndor.

The view from our room was unbelievably beautiful. The staff members were kind and caring. The lodge had a cute dog that my daughter played with. The restaurant food was delicious. Overall we loved our stay and wished we stayed longer

The restaurant service could be faster. The shower space felt too tight and the water wasn't hot enough especially when the mornings are so cold. The room should be equipped with a space heater.

It was so perfect. Very cosy and warm beds, even though it gets cold in the room itself at night. Hot shower. The location is incredible, the view from the room is stunning. People running the lodge are very nice. We loved our stay here! Breakfast was amazing also. It's a great option especially if you have a car.

Great location for exploring the Colca Canyon! the staff were really friendly and welcoming. the hotel was cold (as to be expected for the location) but the staff quickly provided us with hot water bottles, blankets and a heater! beautiful location and surroundings! We drove from Arequipa and managed it in a Toyota Yaris but there are a few parts of the road to the lodge that are not tarmac - just for other people to be aware of!

We were charged about £20 extra per night when we came to check out so not sure if the prices were advertised wrong

Absolutely amazing place and the staff was so warm and kind and very helpful! Be aware to stop in PINCHOLLO village and NOT Cabanaconde town! The Lodge is the first on the right side of the road as you enter the village. Enjoy :)

Splendid isolation with breathtaking views.

The hotel staff were all locals which gave it a special and nice athmosphere. Friendly and helpful.
