The staff was very friendly and efficient. Facilities clean and neat. They stay met my expectations.

All is good with the overall services that the hotel provided. the staff are helpful to make the trip enjoyable.

The location and breakfast was good.

The native people on the front desk are not friendly, infact rude. The room which we got had a broken bathroom lock, so we couldnt lock the door. The telecom was not working. We asked them to change the room, however they said there is no option. Pathetic service. The water filters were placed only on 4th floor and 1st floor lobby area. Room service was not available.

The staff were lovely and quite helpful. The rooms were clean.

The location was a bit out of town than expected. It would have been good to clean the rooms daily than alternative days.

Need more Cleanliness basins..need to do cleaning daily. For the time being cleaning every other day is understandable because of pandemic..

Chris was great. He helped a lot and took care of our requirements.Infact all the staff was good. There is a very sweet lady at the swimming pool. I don't remember her name but very friendly and very kind. She has short hair and is a little elderly but very sweet. She always smiled and got us towels etc

We needed water in the wash rooms but the toilets dont have water.

The staff are understanding. I enjoyed the breakfast and my bed and lighting in the room.

There is mold/moss(?) in the shower area and sink. Also, they do not have bidet.

Good breakfast. Some staff are reactive and helpful. Location is near a mrt station. The room is clean. The view on the pool is great.

It is understood that housing price is high in Singapore, however, it is really too expensive for what it is. It is not well insonorised, we could hear noise as if they are really close to the room. Luckily, people are not noisy. Size of the room is really small. There is a mall below that is not operational and seems dirty. This is unrelated to the hotel, but it did give a very bad first impression when what we expected to see was a hotel with a swimming pool on the ground, but it turned out to be above a mall.

The address is near by our meeting place,so that is one reason i choose this hotel

I leave two pracels in the lobby, let servcer staff,help to share with my client. As it is give two different client,I mention and give the tips and pics ,but the one client pick all my parcel from hotel,r the lobby worker no feedback and no follow the pics and tips to pass the pick. Embrrassed let another client got nothing if you cannot do this,just mention when i give u pracels

The staff were extremely rude. I arrived after booking in and the gentleman at the desk had no idea and made me feel as though it was my fault they had no room for me even though I had booked the accomodation. The staff then said they were making me change rooms the next day, I packed my things to go down and change rooms only to be left waiting for 40 minutes to then be told I wasn’t moving rooms after all. very poor customer service

The hotel is very efficient, I got my room early and didn't have much hassle with the check-in. This is my second stay at this property.

1. Large Tour Groups book here which basically means you can forget about breakfast if you are lucky enough to stay during those. 2. My room specifically had the bed against the wall and a large pillar in the middle of the room. I couldn't get in or out easily. 3. The rooms are not sound proof which meant that I had to endure a lot of noise from a very "active" couple next door for an entire night(which I ended up spending in the lobby with the staff) 4. My room did not have a pool view as per my actual booking.

Room was clean, decor was bright, light and really nice. White linen is a must for us and the linen was clean and fresh. All appliances worked and the shower was amazing. Location was great, close to local shops, bars, bus stops and train station. The day staff were so helpful with directions and destinations, they even afforded us complimentary train card with return fare as well as set us up with map and directions. Breakfast was delcious and a wide array of different options. We thoroughly enjoyd breakfast along with the friendly and welcoming staff.

The night staff were not helpful. I thought they were rude. I asked for a printout service and the only answer was no or use the guest computer. I tried to explain that I tried earlier today but the screen was not working however they just ignored me by speaking to each other. They didn't offer options or point me in the right direction and it was quite frustrating for me. The man didn't seem to want to deal with me so went back to cleaning the entranceway with the robot machine. The woman at the front desk also didnt want to address me and kept looking at the man (outside) like he was going to help her. Both struggled with eye contact and thought that by avoiding me that i would go away. I waited 30mins for the man to finish his outside cleaning and still got a flat no. I asked for a 5am wake up call and got a 630am call. I later rang the front desk asking if they could book a taxi for transfer to airport and was told i had to come to the front desk.

Breakfast was great. Location was convenient, within walking distance to a number of low-priced food options. It was also close to where we were working, at Paya Lebar Air Base.

The first room I was given wasn't completely clean; still had last occupant's toothbrush and the bed had been slept in. However, the front desk gave me a new room immediately and that one was clean and ready to go.
