Exceptional service, friendly and attentive hosts, clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast with multiple meal choices. Bus stop in front of the door, 10-15 min to the train staition and city center. I do recommend this guest house!

Good location outside of London’s heavy traffic. Close to nice parks, shops and food eateries. Not too far from Heathrow airport either. Ample parking out the back was also good.

There is no lift so requires carrying bags up the stairs.

Comfortable and staff were very helpful and friendly.

The location is very central with many shops and restaurant within 5 minutes walking distance. Slough High Street with 15/20 minutes walk. The breakfast is very nice with many, many options and served by very nice and friendly staff.

The shower water pressure was a little variable but adequate

Was a nice cosy room with all what I needed, bed was comfortable. Had a good sleep. Made welcome when booking in. Shop right next door which was handy. Good value for money.

The shower, water pressure was very poor. And water wasn't hot enough. One of the main things I was really looking forward to. On arrival the WiFi should be mentioned incase no one available at reception later on in the day. En suite floor around the edges needs a good scrub and shower door was cloudy. As a cleaning supervisor, these little details was a bit of an eye sore.

Due to the price I wasn't expecting much, but I was very surprised. The whole place was extremely clean, very helpful staff from night porter, kitchen ladies, the owner. We were made to feel very welcome. Breakfast had plenty to offer.

Beds a little too small for us, as we are larger people. Showers could do with an upgrade and water temperature was tricky in shower.

Staff very friendly. Breakfast was plentiful. Room clean and tidy. Fan very effective! Parked the car at the rear during our stay and got taxis to Slough Station which cost about£6 each way. Taxi firm recommended by owner came very quickly.

The shower needed updating a bit.

Friendly service, nothing too much. Had a small problem with the bathroom door, and the guy came straight away and fixed the door. Breakfast was great, with friendly and helpful staff. We stayed there for two nights for us to go to Legoland and Windsor Castle. The location was perfect.

Shower needs water pressure in room 18. Internet was intermident. Very narrow alleyway to get to parking. Be careful.
