La déco est soignée, la literie est très confortable, l’appartement est spacieux et très propre. L’équipement est complet. Le personnel est charmant.

Le petit déjeuner est très bon, mais pourrait offrir une plus grande variété d’un jour à l’autre.

Auto im Parkhaus aufgebrochen und Wertsachen entwendet - Silvester war darauf hinüber. Darüber hinaus existieren keine funktionierenden Kameras im Parkhaus! Über Brandmeldeanlage gekoppelte Rauchmelder in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Küchenzeile, ermöglichen Gefahr eines raschen Feuerwehreinsatzes bei zu starkem Qualm. In Kombination mit der nicht funktionierenden Dunstabzugshaube prima.

There was nothing to fault about this hotel. The flexibility of having a kitchen/living area was great with kids. The staff were really accommodating (was travelling alone with a 3 month old). I will stay again next time I come to Amsterdam.

The service was excellent. The staff were great. Value for money -perfect. Location was just right.

Space, layout, staff, and the little things such as free drinks in the room at check-in. This is a really nice place if you like the freedom of the aparthotel. Public transport just outside the door.

Aircon control, but this was dealt with through alternative arrangements.
