La plaza que tiene en frente del hotel.

No me gustó la atención del personal, y que el acceso fuera limitado ya que yo salgo de noche y cierran la recepción y las personas se van a dormir. La recepcionista de la mañana le falta mucho manejo de información. Además está lejos de la plaza y cerca de esta misma hay muchos hoteles al mismo o con mejor precio y de mejor calidad y cerca a todo.

Don't know if it's all the rooms but lots of noise in mine... 😔 Staff at front desk really nice and helpful.

Could be a bit more cleaner, no conditionner or cream in room. A bit far from Plaza the Armas.

It is a normal hotel. Nice people. Little old and noisy.

Close to mini markets and restaurants, it is also at a walking distance from the city center. Very good breakfast.

The bathroom was very small and they did not provide a hairdryer

Amazing view from room "mountain view". Located on a square with church and volcanoes as a background. Room was quiete large, breakfast was alright.

I had issues with the noise at night - the corridor is echoing and there were noisy people. The water pressure in the bathroom was very low and the water was cold. Due to these things I was given another room. The other room was supposed to be better but it was facing a very busy street and the windows were not stopping the noise. The curtain was broken too so I could not stop both light and noise from the street. The water in the shower again had a mind of its own and I had no control over the temperature. The water pressure in the second room was OK though. The ventilator from the bathroom was going in the room too. The doors were old so they had to be slammed in order to be fully closed and this was also causing a lot of noise. All in all the building needs good renovation. And this is not something that the lovely staff can compensate for..

Amazingly clean property with delicious breakfast and great receptionist who gave us good advices about city transport. Room is spacious with everything what we need: comfortable bed, more sheets, warm water in shower, hygiene products. Nice view to Misti mountain from our room, quiet but central neighborhood. Anytime again!
