The Apartment was specious. we booked 2 bedroom apartment. the location is amazing and walking distance to malls. The area is secure so is facility. The apartment has all facilities including kitchen. 2 big size bathroom and living room.

There is nothing dislike except for few minors thing. The breakfast has very limited options. it could have be much better.

The reception staff were EXCEPTIONAL! Bent over backwards to allow me to check in early and to find a room for a colleague. Went way above expectation

Hot water in shower was not great and took a long time and water to warm up. This was the only negative of a great hotel with good service

The staff were amazing, the security, front desk, bar staff, kitchen staff, cleaning staff. they were all super friendly, efficient and professional

There was no microwave, stove or hob, even though the room advertised that every room had one. A hob and a toaster were provided after we complained but the hotel should not be advertising for facilities that weren’t available. Throughout our stay, there were no knives and forks available to us either.

Very spacious room. Kitchen was fast. Has spa and swimming pool. Security was great. Friendly staff. Very nice view. Balcony. Will definitely stay again when in Nairobi.

The staff was rather passive for people working in the service industry (especially in the restaurant), the general attitude was not proactive. They were all nice when you talked to them and smiled, but they need more training to be proactive with the guest. Here are some examples: When I came down to eat the breakfast, no one came to my table asked me if I needed anything. I had to call someone to ask if I can have coffee. Same goes for omelette. There was limited, but "ok" selection on the buffet table. Only on the 3rd day did I realize that one could order omelette and such. The only reason I found this out, was that I saw someone ordering one. So again the staff should go to the guest and enlighten them about the options ask them if they need anything. I was not informed about the spa options until I asked. etc. Side note on the breakfast. I personally think that it is ridiculous that espresso, milk, americano are all inclusive in the breakfast package. However when I asked if I could get a cappuccino I was asked to pay. Its all the same machine. Only difference for cappuccino is the frotted milk. Really strange.

My second stay here and I will always choose to stay when in Nairobi here in the future. Staff is beyond amazing!
