There is nothing that we like

The owner nitesh Mahajan was so rude . Don't have manners to talk to client. In the end all I want to say worst place

Price is too high as per accommodation.

The resort is very nicely located. It gives an excellent view of the Dhauladhar range. The quality of breakfast was very good.

There was another group of people who came and they were very annoying in terms of their behavior towards my pet dog although my dog did nothing to them.

The garden setup was very relaxing. The staff was polite and warm. The owner, Mr. Mahajan was very proactive in following up and making sure we were comfortable.

The breakfast was really good. We were served with Chhole Puri, Omlette and toast along with coffee for breakfast.

There was a function going on producing a lot of noise. They could have controlled the noise.

The staff was courteous and helpful.

Nothing. But they can improve on soundproofing the rooms as they are close to the main road.

Value for money , good location , you can take a stroll in backside village and adjacent pine forest with natural stream where you can take dip. As such it's in between dharmshala and Palampur. Staff is good , restaurant food was good. Pets were allowed . Owner Mr. Mahajan is amicable person.
