Breakfast was good. Hospitality was excellent. Location was ok but you couldn't walk nearby as very busy road. We caught taxis.

It was a pleasure to stay at the Ramada encore hotel

The breakfast was amazing & we ate at the hotel restaurant in the evenings as well, food was very good & staff very accommodating.

The rooms were not of the standard I expected., in particular the bathroom. The towels were of poor quality & turned grey in colour. The shower cubicle wasn’t very nice, but shower was pwerful.

Beds were fine; air conditioner worked; rooms were clean; Front desk staff (females only) were attentive and had the patience to listen and then give an answer. they guy (manager) in the night was super grumpy. Service staff was nice. American breakfast was goood!

Size of the room and poor lighting. Switches are pathetic and most don't work. Like why have the fancy ones that don't work. Keep it simple. Noisy room, should have better sound proofing. Lift/ elevator are tiny. Bathrooms are poorly designed and not up to the mark. Poor (horrible) lighting; there must be one light pointing at the face, washbasin is way too low and poorly designed. All looks like a cheap non thought through design. We should have an option to take our bags and stuff to the room/car; if I say no then it means NO! Why do you have to over do things? Valley Parking People: Why do you have to start my car at 1am?

Location was close to the center

Room temperature was centrally heated and could not be controlled with zero ventilation, became so warm through the night that we literally had to wake up in sweat just to find out that the heater was already off. Worst night in any hotel as I had to wake up up for walk at 6AM

Over all. Location is very good.

Free pick up from Railway station for five pax. Nothing else.

Room quality. Food quality. Inadequately trained senior staff.
