Everything said about this property is accurate - we had an excellent stay and the property managers are on top of everything - they responded to requests immediately and were able to bring anything we needed to the house within 15 minutes. The house is great for a group and we would definitely book this property again next time we are in Aruba!

Our stay was awesome!! There is plenty of space for large groups and the hosts were very accommodating! Before and During our stay Julia was very helpful. She put me in touch with a concierge who arranged a private chef and UTV adventures for us! Overall the experience was really unforgettable. Our whole group will definitely be back

The property seemed poorly taking care of. Once I got the kitchen faucet taken care of, the bathroom on the main floor started to leak as well. It was a domino effect. Half of my day was dealing with the airbnb and I’m on vacation. This is the last thing I want to deal with on vacation.

Our second day in Aruba, my husband cracked his tooth and was in extreme pain. It was Good Friday and every dentist was closed. Stuart, from the management company, found a dentist willing to come in and examine him. She did a root canal and prescribed an antibiotic (all within 30 minutes). Great dentist! Thinking of starting a dental tourism business. :-) Our entire trip to Aruba was wonderful. Definitely a full service rental company and better than any service we could have received at a five star hotel.

There was a lot of space, and we were very comfortable. The garage was converted to living space, and when combined with the bedroom and bathroom that was connected to it, it was like an apartment on its own. We put the college boys there and they had their own space to play ping pong (or use the balls for other hijinks!), watch TV, etc, until all hours of the night, without disturbing anyone else. The teen girls shared a bedroom that led directly into the pool, which they loved.
I would like to mention one of the bedrooms is actually inside the master bedroom, so it shares a bathroom with the master bedroom. This worked out fine for us, but if someone intends on using the master bedroom and would like complete privacy, you won't be able to use that extra bedroom. The master bedroom was enormous though, and very lovely, and the extra bedroom was large w two twin beds (or push it together to make one large king.)
The house was very clean, and Stuart, the property manager, was very helpful with restaurant suggestions, etc.
Because of the pandemic, we did not go out to eat as much as we would have liked, but we did go to Zeerover(fresh shrimp and fish but all fried)

Eduardo's Beach Shack (Vegan, good acai bowls and drinks)

I was not overwhelmed by the food in Aruba. None of the restaurants stood out. Salt and Pepper had good sangria and tapas. It was fun to eat there.

The kitchen was stocked with pots/pans/dishes/cooking utensils/basic spices and oil, so it was very easy for us to cook, which we did a lot.

Overall, it was a nice trip, and I would recommend this

The house was beautiful with plenty of space for our group of friends. The pool was the perfect temperature, the location to the beach was ideal. We enjoyed Arashi Beach and would highly recommend it. The property was clean and well maintained. If we needed anything the caretaker, Stuart, took care of it and was always super friendly. The backyard kitchen and pool kept us outside even when we were not at the nearby beaches. Stuart and Julia responded with any issues immediately and I can not say enough good things about them. There was plenty of space for that free alone time one might need during a big group of girls. I loved waking up before everyone and enjoying the sun and pool before taking on the day. You all were great hosts and fulfilled all desires!! The only thing I would recommend to other guests is possibly renting a car or really explaining the taxi use prior to. I thought we would be able to walk to more places from our location. Although the taxi rides were fine it was just a slight adjustment we had to get used to. I definitely will be back to Aruba and want to check our your other properties and if not, Villa Azul is home!!!

Stuart was there to answer all of my questions, and anything I needed resolved was handled immediately. The locations is great! We rented a car which was very clutch for trips to the store or to go out to eat, but we also took taxis for late night partying. Everything was between 5-20mins from us, so I definitely appreciated that. The house is massive so you don’t have to worry about space at all. I thought it would be a bit more modern in person but it looks like the house is a bit older, but nothing at all concerning. I would for sure stay again, and if not at this specific property definitely one of the properties with the same management company.

This was a birthday trip with 9 people and those that wanted time to themselves had it because there is so much space. We even had a 1 am laughing fit upstairs that no one else in the house heard. The house is spotless, well equipped and simply perfect. Ardeline, Stuart and Julia are SO SWEET and accommodating. We've decided to make this our yearly retreat.

The house looks just like the pictures. It was very clean and in a great, safe neighborhood. Freya came by to greet us when we arrived, and right before we left. Nine ladies stayed in this wonderful home. Everything about our stay was wonderful. We pre-ordered groceries and Freya had them delivered and stocked. In addition, she arranged for a chef to cook an in home meal for us. It was fabulous. We had a problem with the washing machine and they sent a repair man to fix in a quick manner. Loved our stay and will be back.
