great location, really clean, staff was responsive, kitchen was equipped, washer worked beautifully

on the third floor it was really really hot. air conditioning was available, but the added cost for air conditioning units was cost prohibitive. the bed in the master bedroom was uncomfortable.

The location was convenient for Richmond.

The unit was miniscule, it was located on a busy high street, very noisy and lots of exhaust fumes, which meant we really couldn't open the windows for air and the fan was broken. No AC. People walking past on the sidewalk could see inside so no privacy. The bed was a very small double, using the toaster resulted in breaker blowing, no coffee maker or press, washing machine malfunctioned, bathroom was badly lit and no safety handles or bars in the bathtub, we left a week early, couldn't take it any more. Moved to a hotel. Management team was responsive but the unit is not ready for prime time!

Very nice, modern apartment; well equipped and decorated. Great location; 5-10 mins walk to centre of town/train/tube. Good security with gate, building door and apartment door. Very convenient if you are driving with private, secure parking in front of building.

TV reception was very patchy; often unwatchable. There was no espresso machine or at least cafetiere.

The property was very clean, comfortable and had everything that you could possibly need for a short stay.
