Anfahrt und das Parken mit den notwendigen Codes war spannend, hat aber gut geklappt. Die Lage ist traumhaft mitten im Zentrum mit Blick auf die Alhambra und die Dachterrasse ist toll und gemütlich. Das Zimmer war sauber, toll eingerichtet, alles da was man braucht, sogar 1 Flasche Wein als Willkommensgeschenk :-)

Das Zimmer hat einen "Balkon"; diese Bezeichnung finde ich etwas übertrieben, man konnte gerade mal zu zweit dort stehen ...

El alojamiento era muy bonito y espacioso.

La ubicación y el trato del personal. Trataron de ayudarnos en todo momento. Fueron buenos profesionales.

Las instalaciones dejaban mucho que desear. Las camas eran bastante incómodas. Hubo que llamar varias veces al personal para que arreglaran el extractor del baño, la alcachofa de la ducha, la TV y la lámpara con una bombilla fundida. Ni el problema con la TV ni con la alcachofa de la ducha se pudieron resolver. Una pena.

The location is amazing; the apartment is well-entertained and beautifully decorated, the beds are comfy, and helpful people are at the reception.

Coming by car to the property was a nightmare—we had a rented car, and the streets were so tiny that we were afraid we could not fit in. We arrived well at the destination, with no scratch, but how complicated it was in the historical city...

Lo que más me gustó, aparte de la localización enfrente de la Alhambra, genial para ir de turismo y más si vas con peques, es que te facilitan lo necesario para una estancia amena, pedimos una trona, cuna y batidora y nos lo dejaron en el apartamento. La cocina estaba muy bien equipada con lavavajillas, cafetera, cápsulas de café y botella de agua. La temperatura del apartamento la puedes regular y el agua abundante y regulable a cualquier temperatura

Por decir algo, el wifi en la habitación no llegaba tan bien como en el salón y la ducha un poco pequeña

Very spacious, beautifully decorated apartment in a great location. The apt had everything we needed and more! Loved the coffee and cookies (and water bottle) they left for us! The rooftop was a nice bonus with amazing views of Alhambra.

Location was excellent. Attached parking was really useful.

Reaching the place via google maps was a nightmare. We literally drove through the city (we had a rental car) for more than a hour. They sent us some pictures on the whatsapp but the instruction was to not follow google maps. What really worked was Google maps!! I basically had to take their provided picture of a map and triangulate some cross street. Once I put the cross street, google maps was indeed able to take us to that location. The instruction should have been to put that cross street on the google maps, and not some map pictures that new generation people (TBH I am old, but too new gen when it comes to tech and navigation) will have real hard time to use. So, advice for the management is to also keep people in mind who are horrible to use paper maps, or picture of maps. Instead, they should provide the cross street or simply a google maps coordinate link. I am just surprised that their check in process is so advanced that you can check in online, and get a door open link that you can click to open the door, yet, their navigation advice is 100 years old. Please provide a GPS link of a cross street right in the check in mail that had a door open online link.

Our suite was very spacious, contemporary and clean. The coffee provided with the coffee machine was very nice. It was a good location in the historical area.

An amazing experience. Nice and clean facility with a million dollar view of Alhamra. Starting with Andrea, Inigo and last but not the least, Toni, all three of the staff members were extremely nice and accommodating. Bothered Andrea a lot while driving in Granada, trying to reach the destination. She patiently continued to help. She sent her colleague Inigo to guide us to the facility. Inigo has a degree in archeology who fell in love with Granada and settled here. One could see his passion for this gem of a city. Toni was no different than the rest of the two. He made sure our stay and departure were both comfortable and easy. A big thank you to all three of you.

Beautiful well appointed accommodation at the base of main tourist attraction Alhambra . Excellent communication from host with easy instructions on how to drive to location as GPS / Google maps does not work here due to street restrictions. It's the small things that make a difference like a a complimentary bottle of wine , water , tea , coffee and biscuits that makes you feel truly welcomed .

Driving to bibo suites though restricted area without GPS is not for the faint hearted 😉

Great customer service = We required prior "logging details of guests" to allow "online check-in" (like a lot of the hotels we stayed at this trip are doing now) meant that they sent the required codes to us by email - our roaming service was a bit patchy as we were making our way from Seville doing a day's road trip stopping at a few places along the way, which meant a bit of stress to get sorted before they closed and left for the day (reception only manned until 6.30pm) but went well in the end, with the front staff being in constant email contact offering to do the online check-in for us on their end. Great apartment feel with one main bedroom and two double sofa beds (we only needed 4 spots but would be great for groups of 6), kitchen setup with washing machine also most helpful. Knowledgable staff during our stay on what to do and helpful re: us having our car there for a bit longer after we checked out (note the car issue in the old central bit of Granada means limited access and difficult to navigate, the hotel have good instructions to follow that they will send to you if you book a carpark bay with them, but did pose some difficulty trying to follow the daytime photos late at night!) Take note though if you are driving, that the streets are small and narrow - we took one wrong turn which saw us have to squeeze through with wing mirrors tucked closed while scraping tyre rubber on both sides for a decent length of the road!! Great coffee shop just a short walk down towards the main streets for any coffee officianados / fiends like me!

The apartment was a dream! Fantastic location, we had partial Alhambra views, and on a dreamy little street along a stream! The actual building was immaculate and our apartment was luxurious, one of the nicest places we’ve stayed. My son’s sofa bed was very comfortable indeed. The staff were friendly and helpful and our February price was excellent.

This is not a complaint but a tip. Getting there by car is an absolute nightmare, nearly the end of our marriage! The hotel does supply detailed instructions but alas I only read them when we had arrived! Learn from my mistakes and read right to the bottom of the email they’ll send the day before about parking! Keep reading to the end!

Amazing view on Alhambra from all rooms of our apartment, nice terrace on top of the hotel. Kitchen very well equipped, coffee is available. Nice design of rooms. A lot of towels and rituals cosmetics in the bathroom. Parking just in the hotel (for extra price but it fully worth it): is a little bit stressful as you have to drive in prohibited area but with detailed instructions from staff it’s easy. Staff also allowed us to leave the car until evening on checkout day, so we were able to enjoy city without difficulties with parking. Alhambra is within 15 minutes walking

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect. Unfortunately the rooms with the magic view for Alhambra were full, but that doesn't decrease the rate of the property. It was great.
