Hotel is not new but pretty good. Location is next to metro station World Trade Center, walk distance for Museum of Future but book tickets in advance. We liked swimming pool, big area, not many people. Hotel staff was so nice. We came early after our flight but they gave us one room (we booked 2 rooms) earlier than check in time. Thank you

Pillows not comfortable at all, very big and firm, after one night my neck hurt… it would be nice if you buy down pillows.

Great location! Metro is only a few steps away. Spacious and clean room. Staffs are friendly and approachable.

Small lift.

The location was perfect, close to Dubai Mall and other attractions. Staff were amazing, rooms were spacious, the swimming pool had a life guard Nicholas present from early morning untill late evening, who was great with my young children.

Piscina. Convenienza. Comodo per una visita turistica. Forse lo sceglierei nuovamente. Personale sempre presente e capace.

L’appartamento è ampio ma bruttino. Piscina all’estremo opposto. Metro vicina ma sovraffolata.

Access to Metro station, restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy within 5 minutes walking distance. Pool area and bar was amazing. Size of 2 bedroom apartment was great. Always helpful and always smiling staff members made our stay very enjoyable.

Quite a bit of road noise if your apartment is facing Sheikh Zayed Road, even if windows are closed. Water pressure in shower on higher floors could be better.

The fact that the staff were very helpful. There was a gym and pool available. The huge bed.

Lack of window for viewing out. It made it feel like a cell. The water pressure was not good. I felt that the minimum had been provided in our apartment.

The gym & swimming pool is located in a another building.

The location was perfect and the retail outlets around it was beyond expectation. Even had Netflix..

The location was perfect, just a few steps to the metro and walkable distance to the museum of the future.

The lift took ages, and was very small that it can only take 4 people. The tv and fridge were very old.

Close to metro and very cheap also clean.

Lift / Elevator quite busy.

The staff were professional, attentive and friendly. They exceeded my expectations with their service.

It was a bit humid but that was caused by the humid weather. I
