the wall’ were paper thin, party started in adjoining room from4am till 6 pm, which you hear every word spoken or laugh . Then from 6 to 6.30 , you were treated to the sounds of the couple been romantic. As I only checked in at 11.30 that night, went to bed at 12.30 am because I was playing in a 2 day bridge tournament, I got 3 hours sleep. I complained to reception, and at time of writing review, no correspondence. The walls are paper thin and I wouldn’t even like to think of the fire rating of the bedrooms.

Loved everything the room was spotless, beds were so comfortable and the pillows so soft we had a great sleep. The food was beautiful and service quick. Breakfast selfservice and excellent The rooms were off in sections and you could here a pin drop it was so quiet tg that's what I love. Couldn't fault the hotel in any way. Wonderful relaxing break away. Deffs recommend and look forward to staying again. at some point Lovely grounds to walk around also.

Location was excellent & food was very good. The room was comfortable & clean .

While most of staff were helpful & friendly there were some who were not so helpful & a bit brusque. The bar was large & friendly but because it was busy you could be forgotten & not get order as quickly as expected. In one case nor at all

The location was great as very close to the town. food was really good in the restaurant. Very comfortable beds.

The lobby was a little bit cold at times for sitting in.

The staff were very helpful and the facilities were very good. The food was gorgeous.

The room was extremely warm (29 degrees), and the heat did not go off when controlled with the thermostat in the room. The bathroom wasn't very clean, just a general tidy, it seemed, but wasn't cleaned properly between guests.

Room 205 main door did not close properly . Bathroom door warped and does not close fully . Bathroom lacking counter space to lay out personal items ....one uses the cistern top .
