Very good location and convenient connect to pop spots. Gorgeous garden. Receptionist Rita was very helpful.

Not very friendly to the disable guest from the hotel stairs to room, restaurants and pub. I had to jump the steps instead to sit on my disable chair. As well as bathroom was no holder or chair to sit at shower room for disable people like me. But the Chinese restaurant waiter was very helpful to lift my chair with my husband off few steps.

Beautiful grounds that made it feel like you weren’t bang in the middle of Shanghai! Some of the staff were very helpful.

Very expensive for what it was. Facilities such as the pool were in a different building and not well staffed. Some areas of the room were not clean. Pillows were too soft to be comfortable and when we asked for replacements they didn’t have most of them.

It's hard to communicate in English with the hotel employees the restaurant and the food, in general, is not very good
