Wir waren eine Nacht im Village Hotel Katong und konnten uns einen kleinen Einblick verschaffen. Die Unterkunft ist nicht weit weg vom Flughafen und dadurch schnell mit einem Taxi zu erreichen. Der Check in lief zügig ab und wir konnten auch etwas früher ins Zimmer. Das Zimmer war wirklich groß und sehr komfortabel eingerichtet. Es war sehr sauber und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Das Hotel liegt direkt über einer kleinen Mallorca mit Supermarkt und Restaurants. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Außenpool der Unterkunft. Auch ein gut ausgestattetes Fitnessstudio konnte man mitbenutzen. Das Frühstücksbüffet bietet wirklich viel an für einen guten Start. Es gab sehr viele frische und warme Gerichte sowie Obst, Müsli und vieles mehr. :)

Die Übernachtung war schon etwas teurer jedoch für Singapur wohl normal :)

We’d booked two Club Rooms and were therefore entitled to free drinks and nibbles in Club Lounge. The waiter was a charming friendly old gentleman who couldn’t do enough for us. I think he was called George. Thankyou!😁 I love visiting Singapore but due to the high humidity it’s often difficult to find accommodation that’s mold free. In this hotel we didn’t experience ANY such issues at all!☺️👊🏼 We always book ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ hotels for this reason and 90 % of the time we have perfect sleeping environments and clean bathrooms. We wanted to experience the “old” part of Singapore on our return visit to Switzerland and weren’t disappointed. The area of Katong had the most amazing old style buildings and the best local food localities. 😋

I was surprised to find the shower are with scum issues built up around the shower fittings. A really strong bleach would remove signs of other peoples showering ablutions.

交通方便，近馬林百列地鐵(TE26),搭計程車到機場或動物園的計程車費用折算台幣平均約400-600元。雖然地鐵跟公車更省錢，但是一家四口又有小孩，有時候計程車是很方便的選擇。 早餐多元豐富滿意 房間為塑膠木地板踩起來算乾淨 床軟硬剛好 房間窗景看得到海 孩子很愛飯店泳池 飯店樓下就是新加坡連鎖的fair price 超市，採買紀念品回台灣方便。 鄰近有馬林百列熟食中心（滿多在地人在這裡覓食、海南雞、laksa ,豆花、Kaya toast、kopitiam. Subway,麥當勞） 另一邊馬路有加東熟食中心、328加東laksa 暑假時段四人房一晚台幣約6000-6500左右，我們覺得價格算實惠。

因為忘了從台灣帶泳圈，泳池附近沒有救生員。 可惜樓下購物商場沒有賣泳圈，跑到好遠地方去買

The king room was very spacious and well appointed. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Close proximity to east coast, the airport and the new MRT.

The tiled floors are a great idea towards cleanliness, but I think a mat on either side of the bed would be good to avoid cold feet in the mornings!

Spacious and clean room. Comfortable beds. Positioned close to the subway.

AC was very noisy.
