the staff at the desk was fantastic . They were very helpful, nothing was impossible with them . They assisted me with warmth and pleasant hospitality . They certainly make my stay very pleasant .

The staff are friendly and helpful, very willing to put lots of efforts to communicate and make me understand given I don't speak Japanese while they speak limited English.. The room is clean and comfortable. The restaurant are nice.

The bathroom is a bit dated compare to the rest of the room but still it works fine.

The location of hotel is next to Hakata bus station. It's convenient to reach the hotel by bus from Fukuoka Airport. The room is comfortable and clean. The hotel provides public onsen bath.

The location is very good, very close to the Hakata Station. Surprised to find massage chair in the room - very helpful for someone who had spend a day with pretty heavy backpack. The public bath is also very helpful to relieve some stress.

convenience to get to Hakata station (although there are even nearer hotels such as Comfort Inn, Blossom Hakata, Oriental Hotel & Forza etc) & for the price and location, this was the best deal for us.

rooms were old, toilets were moldy. The rooms were just covered up with new wallpaper to look “newer” but everything could show that the rooms were dated eg no USB plugs & moldy toilet. We had to stay in a smoking room and the rooms smelled so bad. in other hotels even in smoking rooms they don’t smell this bad. Seats even had burnt marks. Bed is also on the hard side. Staff were incredibly unhelpful. One female receptionist bypassed me to help another guest although we were in line first. Hotel also never replied emails I sent prior to arriving. Also needed to get taxis early in the morning for my early flight. Staff were not helpful and just asked us to try to get a taxi ourselves at Hakata station. (vs staff at Oriental Hotel Hakata who helped me out even when I wasn’t an in-house guest). Also struggled with self-check in and another female receptionist seemed annoyed that I needed her help and she ignored my struggle many times before finally coming back to help me again. Some staff couldn’t speak English as well, so if your problem isn’t the typical FAQ kind, you might struggle. Overall a very impersonal stay here. Lobby was always short staffed and you would need to wait a long time to be attended to. Slow turn-over time.

Fantastic location just 2mins walk to Hakata Station, Subway and shopping. Room, tho small, had everything required, the Onsen was just spacious and had indoor and outdoor pools, even a cold pool and far-infrared room. Great for single travellers, didn't see any tour groups so that was great!

The check-in time at 3pm was quite strict and had to queue to check in cos there was quite a crowd as everyone was waiting at the lobby. Not sure if there are other solutions?

Very good location, lots of amenities, onsen, sauna. Rooms are very well designed! One of the rooms even had a massage chair! The room shower was great too!

It was a little too close to the train tracks. The trains start around 6am, if you are a light sleeper, this is not a suitable place.

The onsen is the best part of this facility, clean and nice. Location is good but google map may confuse you.

The officers at front desk strictly did not allow you to check in until exactly 3 pm, although a lot of people waiting in the lobby and the rooms were ready.
