Good location, fantastic huge bed, nice outdoor area, roof top location for breakfast, the tortoise, friendly staff.

A little more expensive than other places we stayed of similar quality. The bathroom was quite small.

the property had everything you need plus a pet tortoise in the garden! The staff were absolutely lovely.

We loved everything about this beautiful hotel! The staff were so nice! Helped us coordinate taxis, day trips, and getting around the city. The location is the perfect distance to the Plaza, Monastery, shops, restaurants, and more. Breakfast was great, the view from the rooftop was incredible, and we also loved spending time with Lolo, the resident tortoise❤️ Thank you all very much!!

The location of the hotel is amazing, super centric and close to all the restaurants and bars. The stuff working in the reception and the restaurant is very friendly and helpful. The rooms were really nice and comfortable. The best part is the rooftop terrase were the breakfast is served with a view to the city! Definitely recommend

we were in a triple room and as always there was only 1-2 glasses instead of 3 and not even a complimentary bottle of water …

The location was great! our room was quite. The stuff at the reception were great as well. the hotel felt very safe as well.

The breakfast was poor. The fruits were not fresh and tasted bad. The room and bathroom were very small. We extended our stay in the hotel 1 more day and we asked for no room service on the 2nd day but despite that we got room service. The breakfast was on the roof garden and maybe in summer that works fine but now it was very cold !

Super friendly team before and during our stay. special thanks to Silvia and Angela for their warm welcome. They packed us a nice breakfast to go as we had an early departure to Colca Canyon. Excellent location-a few blocks from Plaza de Armas but away from the noise. Room was clean and spacious; and faced a beautiful courtyard. And, they have a cute tortoise, Lolo, that hangs out in the courtyard area.

We arrived in the early evening after a long frustrating bus trip and it felt like we had entered a spa. It was quiet and peaceful and the two ladies at the check in counter were wonderful. They gave us the layout of the city on a map, made recommendations for dinner and what to see and led us to our room to make sure everything was in order. It was a fantastic location, just a short walk to the monastery, cathedral and Plaza. The room was comfortable and the breakfast on the roof top terrace was wonderful.

Location, Location, and Location. This Hotel is well located in the center of the city. close to all the attractions, and Restaurants. Another plus is the Breakfast. Definitely will stay here in my next visit to Arequipa-Peru.

Great location but also calm at night with a nice garden. And of course Lolo, the turtle living in the garden. And the staff was very friendly (especially Angela).
